They came out and cleaned our AC ducts and did a great job. They were a little later than I expected (@30 mins) but had called and let me know. The techs were very friendly and professional. They even found an issue I had with my furnace where the exhaust wasn't sealed and was allowing it to leak back into the house.

installed gas line. it leaked very badly. had to be repaired three times and failed city inspection. was finally repaired on 3rd visit. decent people, but i probably won't use again due to low quality service. maybe the installer was learning the ropes, but when it comes to gas and gas leaks i expected better quality.

I will always use KS Services,all there techs that have come out have been so nice and helpful. The boss even came out on a saturday on his way home when our air was out to try and help out. They are awesome!

Professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Might be a little pricey but you are going to get great service.

KS performed a number of services in a span of a couple of days. They began at our church for drain cleaning and replacing the piping under the kitchen sink, then at our home, Blake installed the gasline to our newly purchase gas stove, and installed a water drain to our newly purchased washing machine. It was a smooth week.

Purchased new AC/Heater HVAC unit. I was very satisfied with the timely installation in the middle of the summer heat temperatures. The new unit is working wonderfully. Very satisfied with the whole purchase and installation.

I recently had KS come out and install a new AC and furnace for me. They did a wonderful job and were very professional! This is obviously a big investment and they took the time to explain the options and made me feel comfortable with my decision. I got several quotes and when considering the quality (higher seer, 2 stage, variable speed blower) they were the best priced.
Furthermore, the install took place on a Friday. Saturday late afternoon I had an issue pop up (no fault to them). I was able to get in contact with the owner who came to my house at 7pm on a Saturday and stayed with me until he got the heat back on at 9pm. Can't beat that customer service!

Luke from KS Services repaired leaking pipes to my shower. He was very competent, professional and friendly. The job was somewhat complicated but Luke stuck with us until the repair was complete. Will use KS Services again and hopefully we can use Luke again.

UPDATE: Contrary to what the owner claims below, they did NOT discount my bill after speaking with me. They INCREASED the bill for services already rendered, and took out the contract renewal fee for this coming term because i will no longer be using them in the future. To call that a discount is dishonest. I was a customer for almost three years. Sad to see what they've turned into.

They used to be a top notch company, with great customer service. Not sure if the pandemic changed them but the head dude in charge is rude and money hungry. They spent an hour on a service call and charged hundreds without getting a verbal OK on the repairs. When i asked about it the smugness was unbelievable. Like they were entitled to make any decisions they deemed fit.

KS was referred to me by my contractor. I have experienced their techs to be competent and honest. They are always early (not just on time) and easy to talk to and deal with. I feel like they run a quality business and are interested in taking care of the customer honestly and just up-selling. Prices are more than fair, especially for the service and professionalism that comes with it.
