Thanks jnb services. For the remodeling on our house. Jorge and his team are the hardest worker we have ever seen. Jorge came in next day of calling for a quote. Start the protect the following week in a very fair price. and finish in 8 days. Cabinets painted. Back splash completely painted the house. Repair rot wood They never asck for any down payment. I offered Jorge to pay him half wen they were almost done and they told us won’t accept payment intel they are completely done They healp us with the design. We shared ideas every day. This company it’s just perfect. I will highly recommend. Jnb services. 🤩

The guys that came to my house and worked were all over it. They did not waste anytime getting to work and staying busy. I even asked them to do some extra things and they adjusted quickly and without hesitation. I am very please with the quality of work, the amount of time it took them to do the work, and the price they did it for. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs repairs or upgrades.

If you’re looking for a licensed contractor that has competitive pricing they’re a good option.

We have also worked with JNB Services on the other side of things completing HVAC work for them and their client and it was a pleasure doing business with them on both ends.

The only major downside is once they left the last day they were working and were paid they never came back to address a small punch list so we had to do it ourself along with construction cleaning up after the fact even after reaching out a few times to schedule someone to come out.

Overall we appreciated their help when in a bind and will cosider using on future projects.

JNB Sevices is the best construction/ remodeling company in the Wiregrass area. I recommend this company to anyone a 100%. I would hire them again for any remodeling needs. Excellent personal specially Mrs Lynette. She was awesome and very professional.

STAY AWAY!

My experience with the Jorge (CEO) was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Jorge promised me an itemized quote 3 times, and he failed to live up to his word every time. Furthermore, Jorge would ignore my calls and take weeks to respond to a text message. Two months later he has failed to do anything he said he would, and only provided me with excuses has to why he couldn’t do what he said he would. For a company that says they value customer satisfaction I was extremely dissatisfied by his lack of professionalism. Unless you want to waste your time, STAY AWAY!!!!

Contacted them to come by and give a quote, was given a date and time by the Secretary. Then received texts at 1130 at night changing the appointment and then they never showed up to the appointment they changed it too Was given the excuse that they had a new appointment system and they didn't know how it worked. Scheduled again and another no show. Pathetic customer service thety try ro communicate through text. I would not recommend at all.

Will never use them! Undependable and discourteous! Initial appointment was scheduled and after 40 minutes of being late I called
them to see if they were lost and was informed that they would be another 25 minutes arriving. I told them I would not wait any longer. At that point I was spoken to discourteously and told that they had plenty of work.

JNB has great services. I am happy with the outcome and JNB walked me through the process and made me their priority in the project. The kitchen remodel looks fantastic.

Agreed on a price for a recent small insulation job and agreed on a date and time for the work to be done.
JNB Services did not show up at the agreed upon date and time and did not call. Two days later still no word from them.

I needed to replace my roof due to hail damage and JNB really pulled through. They were very responsive and got the job done very quickly. Thank you SMMMM
