Very knowledgeable, timely and professional. Arrived on time, didn’t sit around, cleaned up after themselves every day and requested walk arounds after the jobs were completed. We had them come to repair the damage caused by previous contractors who did not do the jobs correctly in the first place and the house was subjected to years of water damage from rain getting inside the house. They replaced and repaired the damage and construction errors permanently. We have several more projects and they will be the only contractors coming back to our property.

I really wanted to renovate my kitchen and had no idea what to do so Jorge the owner came out to my house and gave me a vision and a great quote. Once his team began working they were all so professional and worked so hard to get the vision completed and now I have what looks like a model kitchen. Shelia, the project manager really came through. Even if she couldn’t find the exact products that I needed to be replaced she went above and beyond to make sure they had the right materials and made sure everything that I wanted was getting done the right way. The entire team at JNB Services are amazing and I will definitely be using them in the near future. I have full confidence that they will get any job that I need done to my house to the utmost of their abilities and I know they will go above my expectations every time.

Delayed timelines. Bad communication.

We called setup an appointment to have a previous job (different business) that was done wrong corrected. They are extremely busy. It took a two week turnaround for an estimate of work to be completed (an epoxy floor with flake). One of the workers came to our house and helped us. (Granted this after was after multiple messages) It took another week+ to receive an estimate back (which was more phone calls and messages after a week). We approved the estimate and scheduled a potential date. (At this rate I just wanted to get on their calendar). A week later from this we were finally told they couldn’t do the job estimated for the price and were left hanging. I asked for additional info and didn’t receive any. All in all, initial experience good with subpar follow through, poor communication, and delayed timelines. It took them 4+ weeks just say no. They are hard to get in touch with. You’ll be bounced back and forth from the number registered on google to another number who schedules the jobs. It was quite a pain/hassle to talk with them.

Very quick response time and the gentlemen that completed the work were very friendly and efficient.

I contacted JNB this morning and the work was completed this afternoon. (Other than a defective part, not JNB’s issue.)

We needed a ceiling fan replaced and three exterior locks replaced. Both of the gentlemen that completed the work were quick and let us know that the third lock we purchased was defective. They contacted local stores (without us asking) and found the one that had what we wanted in stock.

We appreciate their thoroughness and hard work.

This company is by far one of the most courteous and genuine companies we have experienced in a long time across the board. They responded to our initial questions very quickly when we contacted them by message. They came the very next day to check out the issue and had us back up and running with cool air within less time than we ever expected!! They set a time to come and were here not just in time but early which is rare these days it seems! My husband and I would recommend them for anything you may need! They have the skills to get the job done right and fast! They sure blessed us!

I'm getting ads from them in Florida, but FL DoS sunbiz.org does not show the company as registered in the state of Florida to do business. The owner provided individual contractor license numbers for building, plumbing, and the licenses show on FL DBPR as out of state licenses. Pretty shady....

I called this company for exterior painting and ended up making them my house managers. They are experts in incredible fashion and designs. Like my old house stands out from a magazine. Without a doubt let them do their job and they will not regret the result ... 😍

Hands down the absolute best drywall, paint , remodel service in lower Alabama. The owner cares about you being happy and his employees are courteous proffesional and very talented.

We asked them to do some pretty amazing things that were not easy tasks in our home and they performed perfectly.

These guys are awesome.. 5 stars doesn't even come close to the work they do..there own time,they ask before just doing the project, they are just wonderful it's excellent, professional,clean work..And being a previous contractor myself.. I look and no flaws, just a plain house turning into my Baby Mansion..

I had some storm damage to a shared fence with next door neighbors. I was given these guys number and called the next morning.
I'm thinking that I'll be lucky if they get back to me within the week. These guys called me back within the hour, went out and gave me an estimate, and had the work completed by the end of that same day!! It even rained more that day and they stayed on-site until the rain passed, and they finished the job.
HIGHLY recommend!!
