Ultimate Heating & Air Conditioning

A few days before my wife and I were going to be hosting our grandson's 2nd birthday party, our HVAC shot craps...No heat or Air so we were very concerned due to the upcoming cold front forecast for the weekend. I jumped on google and looked for a HVAC Company and the only 5 star company was Ultimate Heating and AC. I called and was surprised to get an answer on the other end. They had a Tech out within a few hours on Tuesday afternoon and Charles diagnosed the problem. Our 12yr old unit had a bad compressor and evaporator. $7100 to replace both and I was in shock after just having a complete roof replacement and a new iron door installed a few weeks earlier. Charles got the owner Brady on the phone and they gave me options for unit functions and prices. Since we had just had Natural Gas service added a few years ago at our home in OXR, we decided to opt with the 2 Stage 4T Hybrid Electric/Natural Gas Heat Pump System. We were scheduled for an install on Thursday only two days after our initial call. Brady and another install tech replaced our entire system and installed a new Wifi Thermostat by 5pm that day. The new Hybrid Heat Pump is so quiet and efficient we don't hear it running. Brady and company are the only 5 star rated HVAC company in the entire TN Valley. He even worked with my insurance company after the install and we were able to receive almost a third of the cost back because we had an Appliance Service Contract on our policy. Ultimate Heating & Air-conditioning provided great service and were very professional. Brady explained the problem and after replacing parts provided pictures of the old and new parts. He even assisted with configuration of a new thermostat which I was unfamiliar with. Overall exceptional service and I highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

These guys rock. They were honest about needing to replace our old AC system. The nice thing is that they were able to provide financing in the process - which is a good option. This is a small business that will actually take the time necessary to fully explain the issue & offer solutions, unlike larger companies. Ultimate HVAC offered a far better solution to our heater problem than another large company of which we used to be clients. We have now moved our allegiance to Ultimate Heating & Air Conditioning. Brady was wonderful! He showed a lot of patience with me as I knew nothing of HVAC. He was very nice and informative. He did everything he could to make sure we got the best deal. He didn’t waste anytime to install our unit so we could have heat. 10/10 would recommend him again and again!!

Had the need to have both of my condensers moved to a new location. I called many company's that service the Owens Cross Road area and none of them would even return my call or if they did would tell me they are too busy to do this. Brady not only returned my call but came by the house the same day to see what was needed. As even though they were also booked up he came over on the next Sat and took care of it. Brady was fantastic to work with and is highly recommended! He is super friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth and is happy to reveal any detail of what he's doing in order to make sure you are given the best care and experience. He works quickly and comes completely prepared to knock out whatever you need. I like that he's lives near me (in the Big Cove, AL area) and is very familiar with the various builders in the area, and the corresponding units they put I their houses. Brady will not charge you for anything you do not need and will point out all of those things for you so you can see for yourself what costs you are saving. He was willing to educate me and answer any questions I had in the amount of detail I could handle, he also was happy to convert any harder details into lamens terms for me to make sure I was tracking with him. In regards to what you do pay for, Brady is very fair and aims to beat out his competitors on price. He stands by everything he does and is willing to respond to emergency calls. He cleans the outside and inside units respectively for you and does great inspection work. It's worth mentioning that he is also a veteran who proudly served our great nation. He is a humble guy so I asked Brady where and how I could review him and sing his praises, he did not ask me to do this. Feel confident about using Brady (Ultimate Heatjng and Air), he was awesome for us!
