Our downstairs air conditioning unit quit working. I was searching online, but hadn’t called any of the companies. Just from browsing, I received a call from Ultimate Heating and Air, and the technician was at my house within 30 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, flushed the lines, and fixed it. It was only a little over $200 to include the house call. Highly recommend!

My story is long so will try to make it short. But I will be sharing names of the companies that created my nightmare. In hopes to help others not to choose these companies. First my home warranty American Home Shield who I was with for 4 years. Never late, never missed a payment. My upstairs air conditioning unit stopped working. Turned it in to AHS. They sent out R&M Heating n Cooling. Customer service with R&M the worse I have ever experienced. Too make a long story short. Two compressors later my air still doesn’t work. Now I have other issues that I didn’t have before because R&M didn’t know what they were doing. My attic drain is was now not draining. I have water in my attic insulation and when they came snd called theirselves fixing it. What they did was wrap the leaking pipe with my insulation from my attic and they taped it. They didn’t tell us the pipe was leaking or that our insulation was wet. They said the drain pipe was clogged n they unclogged it. Within 4 hours of running and not cooling the unit shut off because the drain pain had over filled. Their horrible work could have caused some serious damage if that automatic shut off on a 12 yr old unit had failed. When I reached out by text to tell them what was going on. No response back at all! Also my outdoor unit which use to be quiet now sounded like something was in it and trying to get out. AHS 1st compressor was refurbished and didn’t work. The second ran but my unit still wasn’t cooling the house. I called AHS over 20 times during this period asking for a different contractor. First, they said they couldn’t. Then they said they would but didn’t. So in desperation at 10:30 pm I start searching for a heating and cooling service. As the temps this week are in the mid 80s and after 6 weeks of no air and no hope for it getting fixed thru AHS or R&M heating and cooling. After reading reviews i was torn btw two. I choose Ultimate Heating and cooling because they were 24 hours and I needed something done now. Also because they have all 5 stars and I read a review that was similar to my situation. I called my service in on March 25th to AHS to get fixed. Today is May 10th. Ultimate Heating and Cooling put an end to my nightmare today. I called them Tuesday night May 8th. (R&M last visit had been May 6th. In two days no one had called me back.) May 9th, Wednesday a tech came out and diagnosed the whole system. By Thursday, May 10th I had a new system. They confirmed all that was wrong. Discussed price to fix. Our unit was 12 years old. Ultimate Heating and Cooling gave us choices. We chose a new system. Great price, easy financing, no interest. I did the paperwork n got approved in under 30 minutes. They came out the next day and worked for 8 hours straight to get the job done. Bradley, I believe was his name was the first person I spoke to. He helped me through it all and set it all up. Dustin the tech was knowledgeable, professional and so nice. His dad (don’t know his name) and the rest of the team were amazing also! They were going to wipe fingerprints off my door and vacuum up their mess but I told them no. They had worked so hard. The 10 year part warranty is a big plus and a year labor warranty. Which you can add to that if you like for an additional cost. I hope this review helps someone if nothing else I hope you don’t use a American Home, Shield or R&M Heating And Cooling. I don’t know if I’ll get another Home Warranty. just going to put that $80 a month I was paying to them up and if something breaks I’ll just fix it myself doesn’t seem like Home Warranty‘s care enough to spend the money on the big projects. Only the little ones I wrote this long review to share my story, but mostly to give praise to Ultimate Heating N Cooling, thank you so much!!!!!!! I so look forward to our many years of working together. ❤️😁 yes I used emojis!

Our eighteen year old heat pump had starting having issues and was on its way out so we reached out to several HVAC companies for estimates. Of the five we contacted, one didn't even come out to give an estimate, but rather gave the estimate over the phone. The other four came out to give an estimate, but Brady from Ultimate Heating and Air Conditioning was the only one that completed a Manual J to give us a clear assessment of our home's heating and cooling needs. Furthermore he gave us multiple options on heating and cooling units and answered all the questions we had about them. We made our decision on a Sunday of which unit we wanted to go with and Brady and his associate were out the very next day and installed it. He educated us on our new Smart thermostat and is still very quick to answer a question via text as we have one. Brady was very courteous and professional and we would definitely recommend Ultimate Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who asks.
