Ultimate Heating & Air Conditioning

I love these guys! They’re reliable and honest. They have have some excellent programs and incredible technicians. We recently had our A/C unit stop working one evening and they were out the next morning to fix it. If you use them I highly recommend their monthly service plan they offer - it’s a game changer and has more than paid for itself for us (plus there’s several other pros to having it). 5 Stars for sure!!!!

Brady and the entire Ultimate team are fantastic to work with!! We use them on our rental properties and they treat our tenants and us respectfully every time. The technicians are knowledgeable and explain the repairs with detail. I trust and highly recommend Ultimate Heating and Cooling.

They are phenomenal! I cannot recommend Ultimate Heating & Air enough. They care about their customers, provide excellent service, and go the extra mile.

They were quick to get us scheduled to diagnose what was wrong with our unit. Dustin was our tech and was able to quickly identify the problem and offer different solutions. Being in a tight spot, we discussed our options for replacing our unit with him and Brady. Brady is amazing to work with. I asked a million questions and he kindly answered them all. He provided tons of information on different unit options and saved us a lot of money for a far better unit that we would've gotten anywhere else. They have really good financing options if that is needed.

Installation was flawless. They arrived exactly on time and even fixed some of the 'squirrely' work that was done by a previous HVAC provider last year to ensure the new unit worked properly.

You can tell they really care about their customers and it was a pleasure to work with them. I don't think a better HVAC provider exists in Huntsville right now. 11 out of 10 level service. Don't hesitate to use them!!

Highly recommend! These guys did a great job. Contacted them (spoke with Brady. SUPER helpful) for a quote for a new unit on Thursday morning and Nate and Zane had my old unit taken out and new one put in and cooling before 12 the very next day! Will be using them for all my HVAC needs going forward. They were extremely easy to work with and made the process a breeze.

Nate & Zane came out and had my new unit installed in no time at all. They both were extremely polite knowledgeable and Professional. They cleaned up after themselves and also cut some lil tree saplings around the unit. Nate also reached out to me several times helping me with getting everything I needed to get get my unit. Great group of guys will definitely call for yearly maintenance. If you need a new unit or service give them a call. They return your call quickly and will go beyond to make sure you are happy.

I called Ultimate Heating and Cooling because my unit needed repair. They promptly came and assessed my unit. It needed to be replaced. Our technician who came was courteous and polite, knowledgeable and prompt on our appointment time. I was very happy with our service.

My unit went out on a holiday weekend (of course). These guys were so helpful and understanding of my situation. I can’t remember the guys name that worked me so much on financing the unit but many blessings to him!! Zane came out 3 times before it was all done and he was very professional and loved his demeanor. They set me up with portable AC’s until unit was installed. Highly recommend this company!!!

I must say I have waited a couple months to write this review to see how the install has held up and I must say I highly recommend! These guys did a great job and are also Veteran owned and operated company. I can not express how honest and professional these guys are. I contacted them In the middle of the night about my A/C not working. Brady came out and serviced it and informed me it was near the end of its life cycle we sat down and went over options and I informed him I would make up my mind when the unit finally crashes out. fast forward several months the A/C and Heat had stopped working. I picked up the phone gave them a call for another quote for a new unit we went over the details together he was very helpful with any questions I had. He checked and my unit wasn't in stock so he picked one up in a different State to make sure my Unit could be installed. I Will be using them for all my HVAC needs going forward. They were extremely easy to work with and made the process a breeze. These guys even cleaned up there mess both inside and outside of the home leaving areas better than when they came in. They also done a thorough inspection of the system and duct work. they did some minor duct work repair for me as well as walk threw of the new installed Ecobee thermostat and smart monitoring system they installed. I highly recommend this company for any and all HVAC/R needs.

Ultimate replaced my old non-working system on short notice, at a great price, and I was very happy with the installation. Seems like a smaller family-run company, and that's a good thing for me. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for heating & air service and installation.
