Replaced a 23 year old 1.5 ton HVAC unit that had a locked-up compressor with a YORK 1.5 ton unit. Ryan, Alex, Philip and Spencer came out on time, as scheduled and took care of everything. They explained their process and answered any questions. The team was very respectful of keeping our home clean as they worked and cleaned up upon completion of their job. Would recommend Durham and this team to my friends!

Another local business that has has a lack of safety for others. I suggest when you are on the road way, you let drivers who don’t have anger issues drive. Maybe people who are patient, and considerate, and not DANGEROUS.
Had one of your white utility pickup trucks tailgate me down OCR at 55mph, all while constantly speeding up in an attempt to have me move, or speed up. When I finally decided I’d have enough of their irresponsible driving and moved over, the passenger thought showing me his middle finger was numerous.
This was around 10:45am on August 16th, 2022.

I can’t say I ever intended on using your company, but I can say I don’t intend on ever using it now. I encourage whoever owns this company to find themselves some workers who actually care about their job and others.

Durham has taken great care of my heating and cooling needs for years. They are prompt, courteous and professional. Dependable and reliable, why call anyone else? Highly recommended!

Durham installed a much smaller unit than required for my home. When the unit would not cool the home, the owner of the company told us the President (of the US) signed a law that would not allow HVAC companies to install units that cooled to a lower temperature, as an Energy Saving measure! Fortunately we purchased the best warranty they offered, so while we have suffered with heat and cold, multiple compressors and other parts were covered by the warranty. So if you want to pay for a large unit and get a small unit, while being talked to as if you just fell off a turnip truck, hire this company.

Excellent and professional. Responds quickly. I would not use anyone else. Ryan is awesome, very professional, honest and trustworthy. You can not go wrong with Durham!

The technician, Ryan was quite attentive, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We will always call Durham in the future.
