Our heat wasn't working and we couldn't pin point the problem, so we decided to give Ultimate Heating and Air Conditioning a call. The owner Brady made sure one of his techs came out to us the same day. Within a couple of hours he was at our door! Charles (the tech) was very knowledgeable and immediately pinpointed our problem and got our heat up and running again, just in time for the cold night we were about to get! Nowc that's what I call top notch customer service! I highly recommend Ultimate Heating and Air Conditioning! 5 stars all the way!!!

Working with ultimate heating and air was stress free! Brady installed a new unit and duct work on my unfinished upstairs in a very timely manner. He was very professional, and most of all the customer service was fantastic! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who asks.

After a detail consultation, I decided to purchase a new HVAC unit and the team had it at my home within 30 minutes. Brady was responsive from my first sign if trouble. I had a 3.5 ton unit that had been failing. Rust was my issue. Brady evaluated the system same day, gave a reasonable quote, got the system immediately and installed it in 24 hours. He was on time, clean, knowledgeable and professional. I will continue to use his company for services. Very impressed and I shopped around. Biggest plus beside pricing and quality of work is his direct, honest approach. You get no shell games with this company. Everything is open book and available for review. Highly recommend.

Brady replaced our 20+ year old heat pump after it died during a cold snap. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was so patient with me, and answered all of my many questions. He was incredibly responsive to messages and calls. Once we had decided which heat pump we wanted Brady came to install it the next day. We are thrilled with our new heat pump. Brady made a stressful process so easy.

Called and spoke with owner, Brady, regarding original HVAC failing after 18 years. Brady showed up that afternoon, inspected the units, and developed optional proposals to consider, and financing opportunity. After selecting the best replacement and financing option, Brady made prompt arrangements for replacement and installation. Pricing and affordability were very competitive.
The HVAC team, Nate and Zane, arrived on time in the morning to try and beat the scorching heat, and immediately began the de-installation of the old units, one working upstairs in the attic, the other working on the heat pump unit outdoors, while Brady was in transit with the new units.
Have to say the professionalism and dedication were beyond reproach at all stages and levels throughout the day long process and unbearable heat. Cannot say enough about the courtesy and friendliness of the entire organization, from top down.

Our system was not blowing out cool air. I contacted ultimate heating and air conditioning. Techs Don and Charles arrived that same morning that and they were fantastic! They not only identified the issue quicklyt and fixed it, they were courteous, professional, and cognizant of any potential dirt or dust, or anything that might make our floors or home dirty.
