Justin did an extremely good job in repairing our AC unit. He immediately discovered the problem with a condenser fan and had it running in 20 minutes. He gave me a quick analysis of what’s available now in the line of new equipment to replace the two systems I had installed in 2001 when they fail. I’m very impressed with his wealth of knowledge about the HVAC industry and would highly recommend him for any other service I need.

Blower motor went out and Fred came out early, went and picked the new one up and installed it. Good professional people getting the job done.

We have been using Skelton's since 2013 and have never been disappointed. They have done multiple repairs and maintenance on our unit. Most recent Kevin performed routine maintenance on our unit and informed us of bacterial growth in the air handler that had also started into the duct work. He showed us pictures and explained what could be done to correct it and prevent it from coming back. This is not the first time we had been told about the growth by Skelton's but this time I realized it could be the cause of some of the sickness in my home🤒. So Kevin installed a uv air purifier with odor control and did a excellent job very professional. I noticed some different today in the air quality and feel confident that it will help with the smells we were having as well as having clean air. We had the duct work cleaned before the installation by Stanley Steemer another great company recommend by Kevin. All around a great experience and will continue using Skelton's!!! Thank you Kevin and the whole team!!!

Cody and Jason evaluated our Mitsubishi cassette that had been newly installed by another company and was no longer working. They discovered that a pump had been pressed so tightly in the unit that the waterline was bent, was leaking and shout down the unit. Cody retuned and installed a higher quality pump and the unit is whisper quiet and fully operational. We learned that it makes all the difference to call Mitsubishi and get the names of their Diamond Expert level venders like Skelton. Unfortunately, we were unaware of this significant distinction. Maybe this
experience can help others not make the same mistake.
