These two nice gentlemen worked together replacing my air conditioner unit, cleaned up my ductwork and I am a very happy and satisfied customer. They did not take a break until their work was completed. I’m so glad that I called on Air Experts for this job. I have already recommended them to a friend of mine and I know that he will be well pleased as well. Caleb, Jaime, Brian and Jennifer thanks for everything again I am so well satisfied. I love the color of y’all trucks so much it’s now on my Facebook page.

Could not have had a better experience! Initially spoke with Steve about my broken AC unit and he was very understanding and helpful. John came out (on a Sunday!!) and did everything he could to resolve the issues we were having. He was so kind and did a great job of explaining things in layman’s terms. Thank you Air Experts!

I’m so thankful for this team. Brian was able to help me same day with replacing my bathroom vent. We had some pests that had died in the vent and the smell was awful. I had been working with another company but they kept giving me the run around and I was in a panic because we couldn’t live with the smell anymore. I was able to contact Air Experts and in less than 2 hours they had my vent replaced and professionally installed. I did live nearby so that helped but Brian and his team were so nice and honest. If you need HVAC…call that a team but they are trustworthy and do great work. Quick, efficient, and value. Can’t recommend them enough.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I have known Brian, the owner, for a number of years and used his previous company many times. My AC went out early this week and I called for assistance late in the afternoon, expecting a service call in a day or two. They drove up to my house within 20 minutes that same day and had me up and running within the hour. Everything was thoroughly explained to me about what was needed for the repair. Price was very reasonable. I am a customer for life!

Brandon Barger was professional and nice he replaced the a/c capacitor check the rest of the system to make sure everything else was working fine he also recommended it I should get a maintenance plan with them I did and it save me some 💰 😃 . I would recommend them to friends and family.

Wonderful customer service! Our air conditioning unit went out on a Friday afternoon .Our former company was able to make a service call on Friday but the system was 20 years old and it didn’t make sense to spend the money on a bandaid fix. We did get a quote from that company. Air Experts was recommended to us by a friend. I was able to request a call for Monday morning from their website. They were able to come earlier than the scheduled window. Brian Skeleton, Owner/Partner is very knowledgeable ( has been in this field for many years) and was very patient in going over all options. His quote was much less than my former company. They were able to install today. James Smith and Braxton were out as scheduled and worked until all installed without taking any breaks. They explained the new system, made sure all was working, gave personal contact information if we needed them and left the areas very clean. Highly recommend this company, Air Experts!

Not only was John on time but they also offered to arrive early! Any other major appliance help we have hired has ALWAYS been late. John was extremely courteous professional and informative. This is by far the best experience that I have ever had with any service-related company. From the owner to the service technicians, I was very impressed with how professional and friendly they were. They went above and beyond just repairing my air conditioner....they did preventative maintenance and cleaned both of my units at a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them any time in the future for any heating or cooling needs.

Their prices are reasonable. In addition, they are very professional and did an awesome job of installing my HAVC units (clean, organized, and extra protections around the units). These people went beyond and above to set up my units. I am pleased.

Brian, the owner, was very responsive and knowledgeable. He spent the time to listen to the issues (humidity and moisture) we were having and recommended appropriate solutions. He truly cares about helping his customers. We replaced our entire main/ lower floor system and installed a dehumidifier. The installation team showed up on time (actually early) and worked diligently and professionally all day to dismantle the old system and install the new one. The new system is working flawlessly and has made an immediate impact on the humidity/ moisture problems. All of this was accomplished at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Brian and his team.
