Justin was professional and very helpful. He made sure we knew what was going on. This was for my mom. Justin called me to let me know what he fixed however, we decided to replace the whole unit. The old unit was only 4 years old but the original company that put it in didn’t do what they should have. I highly recommend Skelton’s Heating Cooling.

Awesome. I called late in the afternoon. Our tech, Gage, arrived within an hour! He fixed replaced 2 thermostats and repaired wiring. Couldn't be happier! Also the lady at the office was very friendly and very helpful! Highly recommended 👌

The technician whose name was Fred Jemison was here before the appropriate time and we were ready for him. He came in here and did exactly what he should’ve done to service both of my AC units. He was very professional and personable person to have come in my home. Thank you for the work well done

My first contact was with Summer.
She was wonderful at helping me. It was a Monday so, I expected to maybe have to at least was until Tuesday. I told her my emergency and she squeezed us in late in the day.
Kevin came out and got our A/C cooling.
Our unit was 17 years old and I have had to call out for service for the last 3 years for not cooling. Kevin gave me several options to replace my a/c unit.
I decided to have the entire system replaced. Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable. He was also great to work with as was Summer.
The installation was scheduled for Thursday.
At 7:30am Kyle and his team including Darron were awesome workers.
They finished ahead of schedule and cleaned up after the job was completed.
Kyle went over the new unit and made it easy to understand.
He is very knowledgeable and professional as well as every contact I had with Skelton.

Jonathan Cross has been our serviceman for a few years and we were very pleased with his service and friendship. He accompanied Fred today, as he was new to us. I have a 2 month old baby and a 17 month old two 13 year olds and a 10 year old and our air went out needless to say the whole house was a mad house but with the help of Jeana and Gage we are back up and running no more sweaty irritated babies on the 4th of July weekend!
