I highly recommend Skelton’s Heating and Cooling. Kevin was prompt, professional, and extremely helpful as He advised and directed us through the process of purchasing a new system! It was effortless for us. Then, when it came time for our installation, Kurtis, Darren, and John exceeded my expectations in their professionalism, care given to my home and making sure I was happy with all the small details. They answered all my questions and even helped me set up my new thermostat and phone app!! Above and beyond, are the words I would use to describe my experience with Skelton’s!!

Called on Friday with HVAC concerns. Knowing it was a holiday weekend, it would Probably be later in the week before anyone could come out. On Sunday, we got a call to schedule for Monday. Gage was on time and very professional. He fixed our issue quickly. We will definitely us Skelton’s again for any issues we have.

Kevin was quick to diagnose the problem that I was having with my AC unit. He was thorough in explaining what he was going to do to repair the unit. He was also very informative about the process of service maintenance to keep the unit working longer and more efficient. I could tell that he has had years of experience and is also dedicated to his trade. That is something you don't find too often anymore. One more shout out... thank you for your service in the Marines and our country!

On time? Nope. Ethan was pleasantly EARLY! He called to make sure it was OK. Skelton's is not a huge corporation that has forgotten about the importance of customer service. They take care of what needs to be done, while being friendly and efficient. Not having to worry about the status of my HVAC system as the temperatures soar is an unbelievable comfort. I highly recommend Skelton's for all of your heating and cooling needs.

Called Brown's heating and cooling for a quote on getting a unit replacement, they were able to get a tech to me the next day. The same day of that tech was suppose to show I received a call from their customer service, I was told my wife and me had to be there together for tech to show up. I found this strange because I had other companies come out the same day/previous day and for none of that mattered since I am the head of the household. I told her my wife was currently in the hospital, so I wanted my AC replaced before she was released. The tactless customer service lady asked me "I would have to reschedule when she gets back". I was like I'm done with this company not paying them thousands for a company that don't considerate on first impression. This is relevant towards Skeleton's and Brown's are other by the same own or otherwise sister companies. The both price are the same and the money goes in the same pocket. By extend the whole company is the same and I would avoid them.
Update: I originally gave this company a one star but since then they have sent me a bucket. A kind gesture since they don't have to do so. I can say that they will do a lot to make things right. So I'm giving them four stars.

I called Skelton late in the afternoon because my house was not cooling and they had a tech out within an hour. Gage was knowledgeable, prompt, and quickly found the problem and a solution. The house is now cooling as it should be thanks to Gage and Skelton’s prompt service. Highly recommend.
Update: The AC messed up again and again Skelton had someone out in under an hour. Kevin showed up, found the problem almost instantly and fixed it. It was a capacitor issue. He also was very informative about what had happened (it was an installation issue that was causing the issues). He checked to ensure everything was in place and Freon levels were where they needed to be and was on his way. A fair price as well for the replacement piece and service charge. Again, I HIGHLY recommend these guys and especially if you’re lucky enough to get Kevin. Great guy with tons of knowledge, both in life and AC repair.

Called Skelton’s and spoke with a very polite and professional young lady who set up my appointment. No automated screening to navigate. A real person answered my call.
I then received an appointment email confirmation. On the day of service, I received a reminder text, followed by a phone call from Jordan Hudgins informing me he was on his way. He also sent a real time navigation page which allowed me to monitor his arrival time to the minute. Jordan was slightly early, very professional, and answered multiple questions about my HVAC units. The service was completed promptly and the price was as promised. Very pleased.
