I can't begin to thank the guys at One Source enough for helping me with getting a new unit, I had to leave for work and they continued to work. I see and hear nothing but it's working, my old unit was using way to much watts.. cause it was broken no more repairs..Up front and on hand knew what was a problem .I came home to a wall unit that is perfectly working and my home feels comfortable again.. I will trust these guys in my home even to do maintenance.. if I have to work. Thank you Gary!! So helpful and honest.

One Source sent Seth H. to my home to do a service on my heat and air unit. It was scheduled at the Home Show at BJCC. Seth arrived at the time scheduled. Seth was very polite and clean cut. Showed suspect to my home by covering his shoes every time he entered. Seemed to be very knowledgeable, and went out of his way to explain a system that is suppose to help keep dust down in my home. Would highly recommend One Source and Seth H.

I highly recommend One Source Heating and Air. Our AC unit went down at the worst possible time. One Source sent out a technician that actually arrived earlier than we were expecting. Technician was very thorough and professional. It’s great to know a company that you can trust and rely on.

It was easy to schedule a same day appointment when I lost my air conditioning. Cody came out quickly and answered all of my questions and helped me make a decision on a new heating and cooling unit.

We collected quotes from several local businesses, but most just came out, looked at the model of the units we had and quoted us a similar sized unit. One Source came out multiple times and fully inspected our existing duct work and any other part of our heating and cooling system that would remain when they replaced the unit. As I walked around with them, they pointed out several issues such as a lack of properly sealed ducts that were previously hidden by insulation so we never even knew there was an issue. They asked questions to determine if there were any areas of the house that were less comfortable, any features we were looking for in a new unit, and they offered up several solutions to all those issues.

They were not the lowest bid but even so we chose them because they were the most interested in meeting our heating and cooling needs and making sure when they left our home that the job was done right. Everyone we dealt with were professional, methodical, clean, and polite.

they arrived prompt and professional. The AC problem was diagnosed in 15 minutes and they have the part on the truck. My lucky day right? Lol! When asked if I wanted the part the service man says the part cost $245. When he goes to the truck, I get on amazon and find the part for $20.50... I ordered that part and swapped it myself. Before the serviceman put the unit back together I asked him to hook it up as it was so I could just swap the part line for line. He hooked the three lines up incorrectly so that when I hooked up the new part, the AC would not function. I guess he was bitter from me not wanting to pay an extra $220 for the part!! Be careful doing business here, or at least buying parts from them!! Do your research when they try to sell you anything!!!
