I just wanted to praise One Source Heating and Cooling. Our heat went out yesterday and they were highly recommended to us. They had someone here within an hour and a half on Sunday, this man’s name was Tyler, and could not have asked for a more quick response from him letting me know he was on his way. They could not get the part we needed until this morning, Monday, February 22nd, so thankfully, it did not get that cold last night and we had plenty of warming blankets to use. They got here today and had everything done within a few hours and they made sure to check the air and the heat before they left. Mike and another young man came today and during the service they let me know what they were doing and explained everything to me so that I would understand clearly. It is hard to find reliable companies these days and when you find one that goes above and beyond to take care of their customers speaks volumes. I would highly recommend them as they have been so quick to respond, professional, and reasonably priced.

OS responded promptly and went over my problems with my home air system. The rep made several recommendations and explained each to my satisfaction. There was no pressure put on me to make a decision, only facts and options. All costs associated with a new system were explained, all my questions were answered in depth. The new system went in the next day. There were several things that they found that needed to be changed in the 23 year old system - a brace here, a hole repaired there, better drainage, bigger return box, and a few other things - which they fixed or replaced without additional costs. They followed up with an on site inspection to ensure the system is installed according to requirements. To a person everyone i interacted with at One Source was friendly, respectful, and made me feel they each were concerned with my satisfaction. The costs were in line with other estimates, and I think the added service they provided made them the best company for the job. They worked safely and left the place cleaner that it was when they arrived. I have already and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family. If I had it to do over again, I would use them without hesitation.

I have used One Source for several years for routine maintenance. They are always on time, efficient, and the people are so nice and helpful. This week my unit stopped working and had to be replaced. I called One Source and they promptly started the process of choosing a new unit and installing it, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. Everyone I dealt with, either on the phone or in person, was absolutely great! I highly recommend One Source.

This company was very helpful. Harry my tech was very friendly and came out and diagnosed my problem very quickly. I called a different morning after I had my insurance and home warranty settled and they jumped right to my ad and got me a new unit in the same day! It also came with a 10yr warranty on parts and 3yrs on labor! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Clay Swanton did an amazing job on my air conditioner.

They were incredibly professional and timely. I had to have my entire unit and ductwork redone and they were so kind throughout the whole process. They cleaned up after themselves and I knew I could trust them. I work full time and they were so great in working around my schedule and being patient with me. I would highly recommend them to anyone! After the job was complete, they even checked in multiple times to make sure everything was working properly. Reliable and trustworthy. We had the pleasure of a young man named Fisher who came out and fixed our air unit today. After sitting in a 90 degree house all day, we were definitely glad to see him. He was professional, nice, and extremely helpful. It's rare these days to have such a pleasant service, and Fisher succeeded just that. I will say, the reception area could have been a little nicer but, there service techs certainty make up where they are lacking. Just be patient... We were thankful for this young man today.

I was in need of a new air/heat system and called One Source. I had called other places and the pricing was all over the place. I was needing a simple change out. They came out quickly and gave me a great price and were able to schedule the install the net day. The gentlemen(Harry) that came out and talked to me was very informative and very professional, there was no presser selling or up selling that took place. I am retired, disabled and a veteran and I would recommend these people to anyone in my group. I was in the construction business for 38 yrs and know a little about hiring guys in the trade businesses and these guys are good at what they do and they can deliver. One other thing that is something to consider is they service what they sell and that is a big deal too. If anyone try's these guys out you wont be disappointed.....

Ice Ice Baby! Cooler than a cucumber! Things our family were not saying or thinking 24 hours ago. One Source was great to work with. Very prompt and professional. They were out within no time after receiving our call. We had to replace our entire system and they gave us options which was nice. So many times companies just assume you want the least expensive. However, One Source was able to explain the difference in the options in a way that made the average consumer understand and make an educated decision beyond just price. Imagine this, we were explained the options so well we made a decision without consulting google. In this day and age that is a rarity. We recently had to replace our heating/cooling unit. Our experience was great! Our service tech was Harry Wheeler and he was Amazing! He walked us through the entire process of purchasing a new unit, installed it within one day. He was extremely professional, courteous and very knowledgeable! We will never choose another company other than One Source to do our heating cooling jobs from now on!!
