Strongly recommend One Source Heating and Cooling! These guys provided us with great service and repair to an outdated system and then made sure we got exactly what we needed when it was time to purchase a new system. Completed install, with wi-fi capable thermostat, cleanup and verified operation very quickly, answered all my questions, went over system operation to make sure I understood everything. Very professional and customer friendly technicians. Zero complaints and would recommend to anyone!

My condenser motor went out on the unit that cooled my two young daughter’s bedroom. I had a technician come out from another local HVAC company to fix the issue. Within 5 hours of him leaving the bedrooms had returned to 84 degrees and the unit not fixed.
I called Arrow Air to come out the next day and and gave them a second chance to truly fix the problem. The technician said I would need a new motor, but he had six other jobs that day and he knew he wouldn’t be approved to spend that much time to resolve my issue. Said I would have to wait until the middle of the following week for him to come back.
I called One Source immediately after Arrow Air left and explained my situation. They said they could send someone out that same day. In an effort to ensure they could fix the issue, they brought several parts from their warehouse and had them ready to go when they arrived. They had the unit completely fixed and the upstairs cooling within 3 hours of calling them. Absolutely amazing customer service and extremely professional. It’s nice to still have a company that truly cares about customer service. I would recommend to not waste your time with other HVAC companies and just go with the best..One Source.
