I was frustrated on Thursday from not only having an extremely hot house but also knowing I would have to add on another bill when I realized my air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Tyler Lord came out and made the repair quickly but also worked with me on the cost for the repair making a great experience with excellent service.

Fisher, the technician, knew his stuff. He was great to have around, He knew just what to do and it was very kind We just moved back to town and didn’t know who to call. Having had him our my home I highly recommend him highly.

I had this company come out to look at my system because my furnace wasn't lighting correctly. They tried to sell me a new furnace for $7500. I had another company come out and fixed my furnace for $150. And they told me they could could get me a new system for $3000. Be aware this company is all about making money and not about fixing the problem

Thanks to OS we have reliable a\c. Harry was very helpful in explaining our options for our complete new a\c unit and answering all of our questions. All the guys who put in the new a\c were professional, nice, and we're sure to clean up after their selves. For any a\c heating work you need done call OC with confidence.

We've used One Source in the past and we loved the service. But, when i called today for service the receptionist told me without even checking to make sure. "I don't think we work on those type units." I found this disturbing because i work in customer service, and i would have atleast taken the time to confirm.
