This company was purchased by one of their former employees a couple of years ago and I was lucky to have him on his technicians follow up report because unfortunately, my 11 A/C year old system is in need of very costly repair or the inevitable replacement. The owner and his technician where both extremely helpful and sat down with me to answer all of my questions with great knowledge in their financial plans of not just what they offer, but also through other venues like Alabama Power. I later found out that my Home Warranty was still in effect and even though this news more than likely means that they would not be the ones doing the repair or install, they offered me expert tips on what to say and how to handle my HW company to force their hand at a new AC Unit install as well as recommending what I should look for in upgrading the size of the unit and what brands perform traditionally the best.

To top off this already great experience, they refused taking the service call fee of $30 and did all of that for free. This is the caliber and honesty you are getting and it looks like it starts at the very top with this company. I highly recommend.

Fantastic business. The people were extremely kind and professional. They are straight shooters and they gave us options to fit our budget and needs. Though it may not be a common experience, we were able to have our inspection and unit installation completed in the same day. We were shocked! Once again, great business, great service, and great people. Will absolutely recommend to others.

Our AC went out on the hottest summer day, and we had a poor experience with another local company who thought they had fixed our issue but hadn't earlier in the day. Harry from One Source came to our rescue at 7:30 on a Friday evening! He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. By bedtime our house was cool again for the first time in two days. We were so thankful and will call Harry again if we have issues.

My a/c was out for a couple of days, and a friend recommended One Source. I called Monday morning and spoken with a very nice lady who set up an appt. for that evening. They called about 4:00 p.m. and were at my house approx. 4:30. Harry was my technician, he had my a/c up and running in no time. Harry, you are the best. I will certainly use One Source again and recommend them to others. Thank you for the excellent service.

Our air conditioner went out in June and we called One Source, we had never used them before but it was after hours. The technician was there within the hour. Harry was very nice and professional. He said it was a very common problem and showed me how to prevent it from happening again. I will definitely be using One Source for all my heating and air needs in the future.

I HIGHLY recommend this company! They answered the phone the first time I called, and they were VERY friendly and prompt. A new unit with new wiring was priced well, and One-Source had the job completely finished within 32 hours of my initial call! VERY impressed!!

Our air conditioner went out last Saturday with a heat index of 103. We finally called One Source Sunday afternoon and a technician was at our house in just a few hours. Called in after lunch time and Harry showed up an hour later. He was very professional and fixed the problem with my Fujitsu Mini Split Unit. He showed me exactly what the issue was too and left me with peace of mind.
