I got a quote from one source to put two plugs on the outside and two plugs on the inside and also ground my pool pump and they told me they could do the job for $1050.00 but when he came he kept telling me he couldn’t get to the plug under the crawl space but it was done before and when they quoted me they said it wouldn’t be no problem. They put the 2 plugs on the outside and grounded the pool pump but didn’t do the inside plugs and only took $200.00 off the quote for $850.00. I don’t feel they took enough off the quote to finish the job that’s why they didn’t come back. They kept saying that they tried all week looking for someone small enough to get under the crawl space but they couldn’t find no one and called me and morning they was to install the plugs. I feel this is bad business and a rip off and I would not recommend them.

My first encounter with One Source was about three months ago
when we were having problems with mother's air. They came out
within an hour and fixed our condensation leak.
When mine quit cooling today I hunted up their business card and called
them again. They were here within two hours of my call and that included their driving time from another job.
I was lucky to have the same technician both times. Harry evaluated
the unit, gave me a detailed list of items needing to be replaced and their cost. Explained everything he was going to do. I liked the fact that I got a discount on the job today because I signed up for a service agreement. Almost paid for the cost of the agreement.
Will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

AC went out on a hot Alabama summer day. My system was 22 years old and time to upgrade. So I started calling companies. Got several quotes but they were unable to install a new unit for weeks. I called One Source. They sent Gary to my house within the hour. He was very knowledgable and I could tell he'd been in the business for a long time. He recommended a few options and I agreed to go with them. They sent three people to my house THAT DAY and installed a five ton American Standard unit. The price was actually a little lower than the other quotes I got, and they were fast, professional, helpful...I could go on. You could tell their employees knew what they were doing. I think they send their employees through a comprehensive training program and it shows. I just want to thank Gary and the three guys that came out and SAVED MY BUTT (the four girls in my house were about to run me out with a pitch fork! :)

I was in the middle of a crisis. My initial estimate from another company was higher than I expected. I contacted One Source & explained that I needed a second opinion. They agreed to come and give me a FREE estimate! The technician not only took the time to explain that I had several issues, but also explained factors that I should consider as I weigh my options. I decided to replace my unit through their partnership with Alabama Power which was very convenient! They moved swiftly and got my unit installed and operating the VERY SAME DAY! AND I don't have to worry about registering my warranty. They will take care of that for me too! I'm very appreciative!

Another reviewer stated that the employees at One Source are “straight shooters”. I would like to reiterate this. GARY, our repair tech inspected our old, non-working unit and suggested repairs to prolong it or a complete replacement. We knew we were going to have to replace it at some point in the very near future when we bought the house 4 years ago. Gary did not try to sell us any particular unit. He gave us a price list, allowing us to choose. The installation tech, CHANCE, arrived the next morning at the precise time agreed upon. The install took about 6.5 hours as estimated by Gary. We now have a beautiful new, working unit. At all times, Gary and Chance were 100% professional and courteous. They answered all questions thoroughly. They gave me honest opinions about certain questions and never tried to sell me on any part or service. Thank you, One Source! All my friends will know how great you guys were.

I had a wonderful experience with One Source. I had another company come out and they were supposed to be there at 6pm and didn't show until 10pm at night. I let them in and they beat and banged in my attic for hours with my kids sleeping. I didn't like the professionalism of them so I called One Source for a 2nd pinon. I had a very nice young man show up earlier than the appointment and a very professional appearance. He gave me honest opinions on my system and let me make the choice of what I wanted to do. I went with a new AC financed through them and absolutely love it. I keep my air on 68 and now its on 70 and still VERY VERY Cool :). Not to mention they ran into some issues because of the add on portion of my house and they fixed the issue and stayed all day for two days to get me up and running. All 3 gentlemen did a great job and they cleaned up all of the mess and even hauled it off! Great Company and Very Professional Employees! Thank you One Source!
