The service at Guin was absolutely fantastic. The day they came was my only off day for that week and they were able to get it done at that time and I did not have to go another cold night without heat. The customer service that I have had with Guin has been phenomenal. I would recommend them to anyone.

The most pleasant experience I believe I have ever had with a company from start to finish. The technician, Todd first came out to inspect our system and after two previous companies, Guin was so thorough they found a problem that the others had missed
And unlike the other companies, there was no shady business no trying to sell us things we didn’t new or require. Thank goodness we found this wonderful company I will use them exclusively from now on. Also, I was super impressed with how friendly everyone was.

I have done business with Guin for years and I am very disappointed in their last service. My air conditioner is not cooling---at the end of the day with my thermostat set on 66, it is reading 74-76. It took three days for someone to come. I was told there was nothing he could do and offered two explanitions: 1) I noticed the front door is open ????--I opened the wood door when he arrived; the glass door was still closed!!! 2) the attic fan is not working--the attic fan has not worked since I bought the house in 06! The frustration is that I have a parts and labor warranty. After all these years, they are refusing to honor any upgrade that will solve my problem. The problem still exists!

Andy & Ellis were wonderful! Courteous, reviewed installation of ionizer vs UV lights to my satisfaction. I am anxious to see before & after photos of my ducts. FIVE STARS!!
