I called Guin for a second quote on a complete heating and air system replacement. Ricky came out and it turns out that he and is partner installed the system I wanted replaced 22 years ago, as well as one at my previous home! He explained the options and gave me excellent advice on what would be the best syste for the money.

Guin's price was the lowest, apple to apple, compared to two others, so I gave them the job. Their customer communications are top notch and their team is very easy to work with.

Wes and his guys did the installation and he did a fantastic job-everything exactly how I wanted it done, and they weren't finished until I was completely satisfied with the work.

I won't bother calling anyone else for HVAC work! These guys rock!

We figured out that the ignitor went out on the furnace system. Called on a Saturday for repair and Adam went and got one in case that was what was wrong before the supply store they used was closed. It was the problem and he fixed it. Very kind and courteous. So glad they were willing to listen even though I had acknowledged that it could be a different problem and very happy that I didn't have to wait until Monday to get it fixed.

Needed my gas fireplace checked out. Guin made a prompt and professional visit. All taken care of without difficulties! Technician was very courteous and a pro!

GUIN is great. They are very communicative about your appointment. They are also available on short notice. Finally, if something goes wrong they will make it right. They are very trustworthy.

They installed new hvac unit. I was concerned about the yellow gas pipe they install because i am use of the iron piping. But Christ told me it was fine. You see i am old school i thought my house was in danger. I fill better since i talk to him about it. Hunter did a nice job. I am sure if i have any more concernns they will help me to understand.
