Guin replaced my galvanized steel kitchen drain pipe with PVC and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dewayne and his partner were nice, professional, and tidy in their work. My only issue was that the work was delayed a couple of days due to some outages at Guin, but that can't be helped, so not dinging them for that.

Guin is the best! They are extremely knowledgeable and always provide excellent service! DeWayne Todd is the best technician I’ve worked with - highly recommend them!

I got home from work to what I thought was a problem with our ducts. I called Guin and they made it easy to schedule an appointment for a technician to come out. Tim arrived and was able to identify very quickly that the issue was not with our ducts, it was a water leak in our crawl space that was powerful enough to hit the duct under a vent in our living room. He immediately turned off the water heater and called dispatch to send out a plumber ASAP. Thanks to Tim’s quick thinking, Dewayne arrived one hour later and replaced the leaking pipe. This was our first time using Guin and we will definitely be calling them for all of our AC and plumbing needs.

Alex did an outstanding job again and we are pleased with his prompt and professional service. We are also very satisfied with the great work Dewayne has done for us in the past. We will continue to use Guin Service LLC in the future and recommend the company to friends and neighbors. Update from February, 2020: Adam did a fabulous job servicing our heating system. We are very fortunate that we can rely on Guin Service staff for their thorough work and attention to detail.

Jason was very knowledgeable in diagnosing my plumbing problem. He used excellent critical thinking and methodically got to the root of the problem.
His interactions with me were professional as he explained what needed to be done to solve the issue.

Plumbing repair. Did a great job repairing a major faucet problem and finishing it on the same day.

The office staff were helpful and we were able to schedule an appointment quickly. The crew arrived promptly and were friendly, considerate about our situation and very professional. They ordered a replacement for a failed 2-year-old compressor installed by another company and installed it quickly. I wish I had contracted with Guin from the outset. They warrant the labor on new installations for 10 years to match the parts warranty.

From beginning to end. Everything went great.Tim Rice was wonderful to work with. Each of my grown sons had the experience of meeting him. They thought the same as I did. I did not get to meet the person that was with him due to working and my kids handling the installation portion but there was never a complaint about him either. I left the entire payment for Tim to take when ready he would not touch it until total completion. He always was nice when I called even when I called on the weekend not knowing he did not work on that day and was having an emergency of his own. Tim was so awesome I told him if he left Guin I would use whomever he went to next. He informed that he would not leave Guin because they are wonderful to work with. So even by extension it is a great company. Above all I really enjoyed the work, the heater works great, Tim the serviceman and the fact they did not try to take me on the price. There was a 6000$ difference between Guin and another heating and air. I really appreciate them all and especially Tim Rice

They called to ask if they could come a day earlier which was great for us. They took care of three leaking faucets and made suggestions that improved water flow in shower. I have recommended them to my daughter and they did a great job for her also. Great service!!!

Very impressed with how quickly they got to me, especially in a heat wave. There was a rush charge but it was definitely worth it. They were very clear about the charge up front and charges for the service before doing any work.
