I recently had my furnace replaced, and could not be happier! A big expense, made less painful, by a very positive experience.
Jim and his assistant Ted, were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and tidy.

Was on time and Jim was super helpful and replaced the blower motor in my Armstrong Air Furnace and even explained what happened and was very knowledgeable I would highly recommend them!!

Brauns Heating and A/C gets our vote for the best out there. Period. Jim, and Ted do outstanding work. Jim was quick to return our original call, and he promptly showed up when he said he would to do an estimate. He was right on time to start the work he promised. He is fair in price,honest,knowledgeable, and meticulous in his work,and in cleaning up afterwards. He and Ted work very well as a team, and are very efficient in their work. Braun Heating and A/C are highly recommended by me. They did an install of a new furnace, and A/C,and just did a fantastic job. In the future they will be the first ones we call with anything we need.

Wonderful. Installation took 4 hrs less than other estimates - furnace selection, based on Jim Braun's info is perfect for my condo. Price very competitive and installation process was painless. Too bad I can only give 5 stars. This company deserves 10. (No, I am not related to the Braun's)

I had Jim come out to my home to repair our April Air.
What a difference it is to have that working. He did a great job and was very reasonable and professional. I will have you back again for all of my furnace and AC needs. I highly recommend.

Jim was awesome! Furnace went out on the night it got down to -6. Jim came out the next day, figured out the problem, and was in and out fixing it within 45 minutes. He's very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. There's no need to look anywhere else!

Great workmanship and very competitive pricing. Our air conditioning bills were significantly reduced with the unit they installed. It runs quiet and is very efficient. We recommend them.

Had my furnace and A/C replaced by Braun's heating... It is perfect and all the new features are super nice. loving the new internet controllable thermostat. Went to Florida and turned heat down to 50, when we landed at the airport I set it back to normal and the house was a perfect 70 when we got home. The only problem we have is that this new furnace is so quite we never hear it run,like our old one... So NOT REALLY A PROBLEM But just weird, after 20+ years of a noising furnace and fan, this one just performs perfectly, never new that was possible.
