I was extremely satisfied with the service Heinrich's provided for a Modine heater they installed in my garage. The work was completed as scheduled by a professional and courteous crew. Heinrich's also quickly resolved a post-installation electrical wiring issue I (Vince) had created that affected the normal operation of the Modine heater. They are so easy to work with and everyone is very friendly. I highly recommend Heinrich's for your HVAC needs!

Matt, my service technician, has answered a few service calls for me and i have been nothing but happy with him and Heinrichs Home Comfort. My a/c system kept shutting down on hotter days and he was able to figure it out on the first visit after multiple companies tried fixing the issue. From start to finish Steve and the crew conducted them selfs professionally. I had 4 bids from 4 different company’s. After reviewing all the info from them all and listening to each of their plans for our install, I felt Steve understand what we needed and respected our budget.

My central air unit was old and stopped working for me right as we got into a hot spell (of course). I contacted 5 different highly rated HVAC companies and Heinrichs was not only one of the few who even replied but they were extremely prompt, helpful, thorough, and professional. Such a breath of fresh air. About a week after I first spoke with them I had a whole new AC unit, ducts cleaned & a new Nest thermostat. Such a relief to have a company be so helpful and follow through with such great service! I highly recommend them!

On the bitter cold winter, our furnace stopped working and had to call for the service on weekend early morning. Next couple of days was going to of brutal cold, as polar vortex and snow storm (with 13inches expected!) expected to set-in!! Its amazing when Steve of Heinrichs Home Comfort called us back right-away after I left him voice mail. Later I learnt that he had 9 calls on previous day and he working all day till late night 10:30pm!!! I love the easy access, quick response, promptness, on-time arrival, honest view, repairs and upfront estimation. Nothing hidden...Isn't that great!!!
