Heinrichs Home Comfort

I have used Heinrichs for over 10 years and am always impressed with their pricing, quality, honesty, the professionalism and courtesy of their service men, and their advice about anything having to do with venting, heating or A/C. I will stay with them indefinitely - no need to look anywhere else.

On 12/2/20, Jerry and Tyler installed duct work to an existing house that had been remodeled with wonky roof lines. Jerry explained that it is more difficult than installing to a new construct. Jerry kept me posted on what they were doing and how they were routing ductwork, which was much appreciated. Jerry is a good communicator with a pleasant personality. They worked hard, did a great job, and did a bang-up job cleaning up any messes.

Matt is typically the one who does annual maintenance on our furnaces and A/C units and he is professional, pleasant, quiet and neat.

I have been dealing with Heinrichs Home Comfort for many years. I have always been please with their work ethic. All of the people who work there are respectful and pleasant. They leave my home just as they found it.

Heinrichs came recommended by a friend. I liked that I could email them pictures of my existing equipment to request an estimate, especially since my AC died on July 3rd. I got a 3 option proposal back from Steve on July 5th, he reviewed the options with me, and was able to get me scheduled for Monday July 8th. Jerry and JC that did the work were friendly, polite and got the job done quicker than I expected. Everything was so easy!

Just had a new AC unit installed. The whole process was made nice and easy. Snapped a couple of photos of my old unit and the area around it sent it to them. Heinrichs provided a couple of options with price. Chose the one I wanted and set up a date for installation. They arrived when they said they would and the price was what they gave in the email. Easy to do business with, prices are fair, service is excellent. Highly recommend them.

Matt Blower is an exceptional technician, problem solver, and has knowledge about equipment, functioning, related factors, etc. He is always willing to answer questions. We have enjoyed working with him over the years. He has taken such good care of our furnace and AC. The office is very easy to work with and very accommodating when we have special needs.
