Heinrichs Home Comfort

Heinrichs is our choice for heating and air conditioning service and new installations. Most recently, they designed and installed a modulating condensing boiler system to replace both our 1960’s cast iron boiler and our gas-fired water heater. The 1960’s system frequently had issues with pockets of air, causing us to lose heat in certain areas of the home. The new system from Heinrich’s has completely eliminated this issue. I have not even had to bleed the baseboard units in the two years since their installation. Their installers were great to work with and their finished product is like art. Granted, I’m an engineer so I appreciate things like that, but they really thought out the system and spent the time to configure all the components in the most efficient way, instead of just taking the easy route. Heinrichs also maintains our high-velocity AC system and has provided service for our rental properties. Overall, we have been completely satisfied, and I wouldn’t trust my home to anyone else.

Heinrichs could have made a lot more money replacing my hvac unit as it is old and on its last legs. Instead they focused on my best interest and replaced a part that allowed the unit to continue to work.
I know that I’ll likely have to replace the unit in 1-3 years. Nonetheless, they were able to postpone a major outlay of cash in the here and now.
Heinrichs is and will continue to be my hvac provider of choice, not only because of the quality of their work but also the level of integrity with which they deliver their work product. Thanks guys.

We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Heinrich to replace the existing 33-year-old system. I appreciated the time Steve took time to answer all my questions and make recommendations, while developing the estimate. Sara in the office was always very pleasant to talk with. The day of the install we had Jerry, Tyler, Brandon and Steve do the work. They did a nice job, and did exactly what Steve and I discussed, which included modification of the main duct run. Jerry injured his hand in the morning which required seven stiches, but he came back and finished the job! There were also no surprise price changes, the final invoice matched Steve’s estimate. Jerry, from Heinrichs, clean are ducts and vents. We moved into an older home that has probably never been cleaned and he was able to get the job done perfectly!! He even got rid of a GIANT spider living in the ducts. I didn't need to see that but greatly appreciate it. Would recommend Heinrichs in a heart beat. Thanks

These guys have been great to work with over many years. They are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and at a great price! They maintained our old furnace-a/c unit as long as we could make it last and then installed a new unit for us a couple of years ago. They also installed a new water heater. We were extremely happy with each job.

We just had a new central A/C system installed in a 92 year old home with no ductwork ( hydronic heating ) . Steve and his crew did an excellent job . Started the project when promised , worked continuously until it was completed , respectful of our home , neat and orderly workmanship . We give them high grades .

Recent service call. We called Heinrichs in the morning and they had a service technician here by 1:30. He found the problem and got our A/C working. Excellent response.

We have used Heinrichs Home Comfort for years and highly recommend them not only for regular services to HVAC but also for new installs. They even put on shoe covers every single time they entered our home. They also contact you (ours was by text message) to say they were on their way to our home. I have been using Heinrich's for years. I highly recommend their monthly "maintenance club" which pays for servicings on your furnace and A/C - the cost of these combined alone is MORE than what you pay monthly in total, so paying monthly works out to be a savings. PLUS you get 25% off any parts you need. And Joey gives a great discount on new products/installs and works with rebates, even letting you know which month any upcoming rebates may apply so that, if you are able to wait, you can get a good savings. I am continually impressed with the level of service each time someone comes to service twice a year or should I have a problem, which has only happened 1 time and Joey worked with the company so warranty would cover, even though they weren't contractually obligated to do so. I also love that they send a courtesy text when your service tech is on the way to your home. Great company, great people! I highly recommend! And do!
