They did an excellent job taking out our old system and installing the new central air. They cleaned up and took everything with them after the installation. It only took about 3hrs.

I use Heinrichs for any HVAC related work for my interior design business, however I had the pleasure of using them for my personal home for the first time and I am beyond happy with the results. My A/C unit wasn't cooling, Steve and his team stopped over and were able to correct the issue in a short period of time and now our home is cooling better than it ever has (we have lived here since 2020). Everyone I have worked with has been honest, knowledgeable, and kind. Highly recommend!

Have used Heinrichs for the last 6 or so years to service our systems; they are really good about communicating and letting you know when they'll arrive. Also really appreciate their professionalism and explanation of options for repairs etc - service techs (Matt is great!) have never ever "mansplained" a situation to me, which I appreciate since I'm an educated engineer (which they might not necessarily know). They treat us well and we'll continue to be customers!

I am not a stranger to working with contractors or crews as we have had kitchen remodels at multiple homes along with additional landscaping and interior projects completed. I can hands down say that this crew was the best I’ve ever dealt with. Not only did they finish ahead of schedule but they were kind, courteous and respectful. Jerry, Jon and Matt were a pleasure to have for the installation and Steve was great for the initial quote and walkthrough. Its beyond easy to recommend this team.
