I’ve recently used Heinrichs two times to replace aging HVAC systems. In both instances they provided multiple options from budget-minded to top end equipment. Steve walked me through each option and made recommendations (one for a rental property and one for my primary residence). Pricing was competitive with no upselling pressure. Their installation team is personable and courteous. Both installations were in downtown condos and each presented unique challenges but they persevered and completed both jobs on time. Sara is the office is also great to work with for scheduling and answering any questions. Finding a quality contractor you can trust is not easy, so if you’re looking for someone to address your HVAC system, I highly recommend Heinrichs Home Comfort.

i’ve been a customer of heinrichs for the last ~4 years. they’ve done everything from routine maintenance, to repairs, to installing entire mini-split systems, to replacing my radiant heat boiler and water heater system. i’ve had experience with nearly everyone on their team and they are always friendly, hospitable, knowledgeable, and ensure the job gets done at a fair price. they have gone out of their way for me multiple times to service my old heating system when things went wrong. they’ve taken my calls off hours. they’ve consulted on my own research in to HVAC systems and explained to me the pros and cons of what i am looking at, always with my best interest and needs in mind. i’ll also mention that when there have been common problems with work they have done, even if it has been years later… they make sure to make the situation right promptly and often at no cost to me. i recently replaced my boiler system with them and did my diligence on getting competing offers and the process proved to me that they are honest, trustworthy, and compared to their competition, clearly had my best interest in mind. they are a company that optimized for their customers and you will want to be loyal to, and they will earn that.

Have been a customer of Heinrichs Home Comfort since 2008. Have had yearly tune-up service which has been excellent. When ever we have had heating issues, they were prompt with service and repair. Do highly recommend them for HVAC install and repair.

Jerry at Heinrichs did a great job installing our new Air Conditioner today. Cold air is blowing again through the vents. We have been a customer for many years and Mat has always provided great Service every 6 months for the tune ups. I highly recommend them.

We noticed that our furnace was not working this morning and called up Heinrich’s to fix it. I called at 7:30 and Steve was at our house by 8:30. He had it up and running soon after. Great value and amazing service! We will use them for all of our heating needs

Heinrichs is top of the line! Great team to work with. Quote the work and over deliver. They installed new York furnace, Aprilaire and whole house filter. Excellent work, even fixed some of the electrical that was done poorly from old furnace. If you want an honest hardworking team - at Great price - Henrichs is the company.

My air conditioner randomly stopped working, and Matt from Heinrich's was able to come out within a couple of days and fixed it right away. He was very professional, and didn't try to oversell me on anything. I'm very appreciative of their service, and will continue using them in the future.
