Dave was very professional during the annual maintenance for my A/C unit. Really warm personality, too! He explained everything he did and if I needed to pay more attention to something to keep things running smoothly. Will use this company again!

I like this company in every way. Ross, our tech, walked us through the repair and explained things as has he went along. Very friendly, professional and well dressed. Drew has also worked at our house and I can only say positive things about him too. Their training is stellar and a fine representation of the company.

Just had the Pm on my AC unit today. Tech Dave was on time, friendly, did great work and gave me a tip on how to save $20 on my next purchase of furnace filters. I recommend this company to anyone looking for any HVAC work.

We had purchased the maintenance plan a few years ago and have been extremely satisfied with the service we’ve received. Our service man was Drew and he is just so nice, efficient and courteous. I can't say enough nice things about Donovan & Jorgenson! They have always been able to come and service my furnace or AC when it was needed and the staff are friendly and professional. Ross and Chad have been to my house several times and are great guys that are quick and explain everything that is going on.

Kayla arrived this date to perform our scheduled maintenance on the units we purchased about 3 yrs back. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the job. Answered all our questions with patience, showing us everything we had asked about.

Dave came out to perform our A/C maintenance. He was very professional and did a great job. Signed up for the annual maintenance plan so I have piece of mind for my future tune ups!

Always on time they keep me in the loop. I have had my furnace & A/C Amana installed ten years ago. Never had a problem i signed up with a maintenance agreement and could not be more happier. The equipment they installed was state of the art. Also had Priemier one installled, aprilaire with powered humidifer with humidistat and outdoor sensor, also aprilairemodel 50000 electric media filter. one touch screen programmable thermostat.
