Heating and Cooling Drs of West Allis, Milwaukee and New Berlin LLC

I called around to about 10 different locations to get our AC looked at. We are new home owners and weren't sure if we needed a certain part fixed or a new unit altogether. After talking to Bill, I felt confident to move forward with hiring the Heating and Cooling Drs (West Allis). He stuck out to me aside from the rest because not only was the price right but he encouraged me to do my research and find the company best for me. That helped me to trust him because when you're sincere and have a good product/company, you feel confident telling people to look around- because they'll end up coming back to you anyway! The day of service Chris came to install our AC. He was friendly, patient, and efficient. He answered all of my questions and left us with a great working air conditioner! Very happy with the service I received from DRS! Bill came out right away in the morning to check out my furnace issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem and determined the best route would be to have a new furnace installed. He took the time to discuss the options and explain everything to me. The very next day, Phil came and installed the furnace. He was friendly, professional, and quick. Cleanup was perfect, I couldn’t even tell he had been there! Thanks to Bill and Phil my house is now nice and warm. I will absolutely be using this business again the future. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using DRS Heating & Cooling for a number of years now and can’t say enough about their professionalism, responsiveness and quality of work. As an investment property owner, I’m always looking for a reliable company that’s also affordable. I’ve found that with DRS. I especially appreciate their honesty when it comes to service. They never try to up sell and always provide suggestions and recommendations you can trust are accurate. Our maintenance crew are the initial ones to go out to jobs to try to resolve issues. Sometimes we have questions and DRS has always assisted us. They’ve never been the type to mot help because they’re not the ones coming out. That says a lot about the character and integrity of the company. Whether it’s for a rental, family, friends or my own home, they are the ones I call. I highly recommend giving them a call. There’s no comparison when hit comes to quality and price.

Bill was prompt and arrived within the hour at 1030pm, he fixed our issue and gave us good advice. Phil did our install and was very professional. Price was very reasonable and quality unbeatable. Highly recommend.

My heat went out right before the winter started and I was getting the run around trying to find parts from multiple heating and cooling 'specialists in the area. I eventually called DRS and within 15 minutes they confirmed they had the parts I needed and set up an appointment for repair. The repair tech, Chris O, was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough throughout the whole process. Best of all, their toral price for service was thousands less than two other quotes I received. I cannot express enough, how much I appreciate how honest and helpful DRS was during this entire process! 10/10 will recommend to anyone

If I could give 0 starts I would! I called because my AC was making a noise for a couple hours but it never stopped working. WM Holman (as he wrote his name on the receipt) came and saw my AC. He literally looked at the yr and said I needed a new unit. Mind you, he did not check the filter, he did not offer to clean the outside and he did not offer refrigerator fluid! I asked if it needed refrigerator fluid and he said yes but he refused to put some in because “it will give out at some point” I told him I had just gotten the house and I had no idea on what maintenance it has gotten. He did not offer to do anything else on my unit and charged me $125 for service call and $85 for a diagnostic fee. His diagnosis? “Needs a new unit” Simply pathetic! He told me he wouldn’t be charging me this if I were to simply replace the unit, talk about pushy! Taking advantage of those who know nothing of units! I had a second opinion and this second opinion told ME about the filter and the fluid, I didn’t have to ask him to do anything because he actually offered to clean and check everything!!! I called to make a claim and ask for a refund and the guy was yelling at me and telling me that if he thought I needed a new unit that’s a right thing! I wouldn’t let him talk down to me and he hanged up on me! Such a pathetic and macho business!!! RUN because all they care about is money!
