They were very easy to work with and did a great job. They installed a new furnace and ran new ductwork for my basement remodel.

Called on Monday to get estimate on new Furnace and AC Unit, got a response right away and by the next day was set up with appointment for install the following day. Got a Lennox system put in. John and Chris were awesome they did a fantastic job and very professional. Felt bad that they were there that long, so we feed them. AC works great and nice and cool. Definitely recommend you to others.

Contacted Drs Heating & Cooling for a fix to a supply and return in the bedroom and a quote for adding an additional zone to the upstairs. Alex came and it ended up being an easy fix. He also gave an honest opinion and quote for the zoning. If and when I need additional heating and cooling services I will definitely be calling them again! Highly recommend!

My mother's house needed a new furnace. I called a different company and did not get a good response. Then I decided to call Drs and Alex answered the phone. He gave me a furnace price over the phone based on info I provided on the existing furnace. I was giving them the job based on my comfort level...gut feeling that they were honest. Alex later came out to check the furnace unit that everything I provided was correct and make sure there were no surprises. They replace the furnace within 3days. Also, They kindly replaced a complex thermostat to a simpler one for my mother. I would definitely have them do an annual service each year to save me from the headaches phone from my mother. Great job Alex and the techs! Sorry I don't know the techs name because I was not there.

We had a furnace issue and Bill came straight from a finished job. Less than 20 minutes later he was at my back door. He found the problem, explained the issue, showed some things to watch in future, and cleaned the area. Great positive reflection for the company!

Bill came out at 10:30pm to make sure to we had heat! He was knowledgeable, a good teacher, personable, and so helpful! ...all with a smile and fun personality! This was our first experience with Drs. Thanks to Bill, it won't be our last!

What an awesome experience! Literally, a same day furnace install. The crew was amazing. They even provided and installed a new thermostat. They came through the door knocking and drilling. The team was respectful and you could sense their confidence as they performed their work. I don't recall anyone taking a break during the entire 4 hours. Clean up was immaculate. Just an overall 5 star experience. I highly recommend this firm without reservation.
