Josh was great! My heating system went out, and he had one install and ready the next day. It only took a couple ours and my place was warm and toasty, especially in the lower 30s weather.

My A/C wasn't working and I called DRS on Saturday morning. Bill promptly answered the call and was out at my house in about an hour. He diagnosed the problem and we agreed I needed a new A/C as my 17 yr old one had multiple issues. Bill was very knowledgeable and answered my many questions. The price was good and they were able to install a new A/C and furnace that Monday. Jeff, the installer, was very friendly and polite and took the time to answer my questions and concerns. I'm very happy I found this company and will definitely use them in the future. Thank you Bill and Jeff, you both made this a good experience. I highly recommend!

When my tenants heater went out they were able to come out the same day! Super quick and efficient and easy to work with. Will definitely use them again!
