Overall I am very happy with everything DRS did while installing our new furnace and A/C. There were a few little hiccups on the furnace installation but nothing major. When the A/C was set up we had Chris come out to hook it up. He did a phenomenal job. He answered all of our questions and was very meticulous about going over everything top to bottom of the installation. Chris really did a fantastic job and helped make the installation a great experience.

**UPDATE* Checked it out and I didn't realize they put in a larger furnace and AC than quoted. They are an honest company and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for the price. I will update once the job is completed.*

I recently had an AC and furnace installed by them. They were the lowest quote I received, and definitely reasonable in price, and friendly people. The system currently works well and is keeping my house cool.

That being said, I was quoted a new liquid line and when I inspected afterwards, they spliced onto the old line going through my crawlspace instead of installing new as they said and charged for. The old line is a smaller diameter and while it works, I don't think that is the right thing for a business to do without at least telling me.

Second, I requested a humidifier be added, and the installers forgot to do that. I had them give me $500 back to hold until they come complete it, but it's been 2 months and even after calling twice, there's been no follow up on installation. In their defense, I said no rush, but after a second call, I expected some sort of follow up and scheduling.

You definitely get what you pay for. Very affordable, and functional system, but can be lacking in attention to details.

Jeff came out to figure out the issue with our air conditioner and furnace. We needed to replace both and it was done so within 24 hours. I am glad we got a 2nd opinion with Heating as Cooling Doctors because they were much more time efficient and reasonably priced.

It was the 4th of July weekend and our a/c was leaking and flooding our basement. I called and spoke to Alex. He didn’t have time to come out but had us take pictures. He then walked us through how to fix it. Absolutely amazing!!! He was kind and professional and made our holiday!!!! Thank you so much Alex!!!

Josh & Jeff came to replace my furnace. They came on time- and did it in a fast, timely, and professional manner. It took less than two hours and they were still very detailed with their work! They were friendly, and they had a good sense of humor…. Great customer service. So happy my heat is working!

Bill came out to us on a Saturday after our AC struggled to run. Quickly diagnosed a mushroomed capacitor. Within two days had and installed the correct part. Didn’t try to oversell us on other issues or items. Will call for future maintenance and fixes.

Alex was wonderful. Personable and extremely honest and transparent through out the whole process. We need more buisness like this one. Jeff the technician was also very Personable and knocked out my brand new furnace hassle free.

This was my first time using this company and the technician Chris was very professional and helpful, he showed up on time and was able to explain everything in full detail of what to fix, and handled the issue promptly. I highly recommend this company if you have any issues with air conditioning!

Called early in the morning, they had a tech out the same day. Guy was super friendly, helped me troubleshoot some issues with my thermostat, got my AC recharged and running before the warm season hit. Will recommend.

This was my second time using this company and I had Bill as my technician both times. As with before he arrived on time and communicated with me throughout the process. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and fixed the furnace in less time than expected. Again…. the price was fair and I didn’t feel over charged. Thanks again Bill for your assistance for the second time and I will use this company in the future.
