Marvelous first-time experience with the Kenosha Heating & Cooling technician, who came to the property to pull new wires to the furnace (so I could install a smart thermostat). He arrived exactly on time, and worked quickly and efficiently. He explained what he was trying to accomplish before attempting it, which was VERY refreshing. And he was friendly!

Great service! Had unit fixed months ago, by another company, was told that we need a new furnace/AC. :( Had Kenosha Heating and Cooling come and give us an estimate on a new unit. Tech arrived, and found the previous company didn't wire the repair correctly, all within minutes of being there. Now we don't need a new furnace/AC...:) Tech answered all questions my wife had, and offered suggestions. Kenosha Heating and Cooling was recommended highly to us by others, and we will do the same. The tech knew we were expecting that we had to replaced the furnace/AC, but he fixed it!! Could have just give us a price for a new unit, and we wouldn't even care. They put the customer first and not a new "sale".

They are the greatest bunch of people who care about their customers, no matter how big or little the job. The service tech Colin just left and he was not going to go until he identified the problem and then did quality checks and inspections on the solution he employed, far beyond what our previous company used to do (he wanted to make sure our problem could not be due to a combination of factors, so he just worked extra hard at the diagnostics). We were his last call of the day and he could’ve spent 10 minutes here but he took his time and kept talking about “safety,” and “never knowing when the smallest detail could turn out to be the biggest problem,” all for what turned out to be nothing more than an $90 bill. Great job, Colin, and great job Kenosha Heating and Cooling — we love you guys!

My furnace went out on one of the coldest days this year so far, Brian showed up, did what he had to do, explained the problem and what he did to fix it. Very professional and knowledgeable! This was done in the late evening, he got there very quickly. I am so appreciative of his quick response!

The young man that came to my house was very professional and very kind. With virtual school going on he didn’t distract my grand daughter and also did not let us interfere with his work. The technician arrived on time as scheduled and practiced safe Covid-19 protocols. He answered all of my many questions about the operation of my furnace which Kenosha Heating and Cooling installed earlier this year.

Called them for an estimate when our AC wouldn't run this summer. They were our second quote and I'm so glad we went with them. In the quote, they found things that we never thought of to get fixed beyond the condenser and coil. It took the 2-man team all day (8 to 5) to: remove our "who knows how old" SEER 10 system and replace with a standard SEER 13; rerun the refrigerant lines to above the joists; replace the condensation line with a pump to get it off the floor; and replace the air return to an appropriate size, as well as get the filter out from inside the furnace. Aside from a communication error regarding the lines, they were great! Kenosha Heating & Cooling did a top notch job.

Kenosha Heating and Cooling did a great job. My A/C wasn't working right and they came out and diagnosed the condensor was shot. The technician listed my options, fix vs. replace, pros and cons to each, and then when I decided to replace based on the age of the unit, he contacted the sales person himself. The sales person came out right away and the technician did the handoff to him. It was all really painless for me, they were very easy to work with all around.

After replacing the main board to our furnace, Colin ran additional diagnostics to see what other issues might be at hand. He quickly diagnosed the issue indicating that the module to the blower was malfunctioning due to the power surge that we experienced. Colin promptly ordered the replacement parts, and was back in our home in no time putting the new assembly in place. Before we knew it, both our furnace and central air were functioning again. Kenosha Heating and Cooling has been, by far, the most supportive and helpful service that I have ever experienced!
