Kenosha Heating & Cooling has excellent customer service. They put in my furnace at the height of the pandemic. Everything went well. They just did a furnace tune up for me. The tech, Jesse, was willing to go in the crawlspace and change the filter on my dehumidifier, as I am unable to get out of the crawlspace once I get in! He was very thorough and polite. I really appreciate their service and they are very easy to work with. They are very customer oriented. You can’t go wrong with them.

I needed to have a new furnace installed. Kenosha Heating & Cooling LLC was a real pleasure to work with. Very professional. Cathy in the office was as pleasant as could be, and the installers, Cody and Geovanny, were friendly, informative, and diligent with the job at hand. I will definitely choose this company for any future needs!

Our service professional, Jessy, was on time and completed our annual winter service in a timely manner. Jessy was very polite and explained any questions I had for him. I asked him about adding an electronic Thermostat and he gave me a solid recommendation for the best choice for our unit. (Ecobe). I would highly recommend Kenosha Heating and Cooling they are honest and dependable.

The tech Brian was extremely helpful and explained everything as well as answered all my questions. He was very respectful of our space (booties on at the door, cleaned up after he took the cover off of our furnace) and fun to be around. We would highly recommend both Brian and this company. Very reasonable pricing as well.

Cody, Dustin, and Dylan were very courteous, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, honest, friendly, and extremely hard working the entire time they were here installing the new unit. They were very careful with removing the old MagicPak unit and installing the new MagicPak unit in our upper floor condo. They also cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess. Anytime I've contacted the office, Cathy and everyone there were very helpful and extremely nice!! I will definitely tell my friends, neighbors, and co-workers about using Kenosha Heating and Cooling, LLC.

Called for emergency service. Got a call back asking “How can I help you?” I gave a quick description of the problem of no ignition.

His response was : We are not accepting new customers at this time. Sorry.

Seems very dishonest to call back and offer help only to give a blanket rejection response after hearing the problem.

I won’t be using Kenosha Heating & Cooling for any of my properties.

Alex was very helpful and understanding about the work I wanted done. The technician Jesse was very knowledgeable and efficient at completing the work.

I had the pleasure to work with Brian. He is the true definition of professionalism and dedicated to excellent customer experience. Polite, patient and respectfull, he answered all questions and addressed all concerns while demonstrating knowledge of his trade and experience troubleshooting/fixing issues. He was able to resolve the problem that we had for a year which others weren't able to. Clean and nice work and you can tell he likes his job and takes pride doing it. Overall great experience and reasonable price. Highly recommend using Kenosha Heating & Cooling for your HVAC needs!

I’ve been having a problem with my heat since I moved into this place and at least once a month . This company has to come out and get my heat restarted because the pressure system or whatever dies ….. I’ve very much appreciate for them it takes them no longer than 20 minutes and they always get the job done . Very polite nice people .
