Took time to troubleshoot each zone in my heating system(boiler) and made sure he could prove any theory he had for a possible diagnosis. Technicians from Kenosha Heating & Cooling have been to my house a few times to work on my furnace. I've been satisfied with their service on each of these calls and very pleased with the technicians' friendliness, knowledge and tolerance when answering all of my questions.

I had an appointment to get an estimate on a new air conditioner and James came promptly at the designated time, took measurements, and went to his truck to write up the estimate. He explained the two estimates he had written up and said formal copies would be sent via email. I had my formal copies in a half hour or less. A very good experience. Still reviewing quotes.

Brian, did a great job doing the Maintenance on my furnace! He was on time, very knowledgeable and gave me good suggestions on how to maintain my system! I will use them again in the future and think you should also!

We needed a new hot water tank and saw that Kenosha Heating and Cooling had many good reviews. We are so glad we chose them. We called the Monday before Thanksgiving and they were able to install new hot water tank on Tuesday. There were professional, friendly, quick, and very tidy. I did not have to clean up after them at all. The price was very fair. The woman who took my phone call, the man who came out for estimate and the men who did the install were all great. I especially liked how they sent estimate, contract, and appointment confirmation electronically. It made it quick and efficient and I had records of everything. I would not hesitate to call them should I need their services in the future. Fantastic company.

We have always been very pleased with the service from Kenosha Heating and Cooling. We find them to be very easy to work with, reliable, and knowledgeable. They installed our furnace and air conditioner. They also have done the yearly checks on them. We have found them to on time and efficient. They take the time to explain a problem and what they will do to fix it. They are honest and friendly. They do a great job!

Update: 1-13-21, Once again they responded to a situation I has with my boiler and heating the water for the garage floor, Alex and his crew came out to the house and diagnosed the problem and fixed it.
