I used them as a plumber for a few years. I had the owner sell me a pump as a spare, this pump was supposed to fix this the pump in my building.It was a different make so I was a little leery, but he said it would work. It was the wrong one I found out later. My pump failed on a Sunday and I tried to replace it with the one he sold me. No go it did not work, so I asked them to replace the broken pump with a new one. They went to Menards to get a new one, charging me time and materials. I told them I would pay for the correct pump but not the labor. He said no way. I told him you sold me the wrong pump in the beginning after asking two or three times will this pump work. So I ask to pay for half of the labor. He said no. I will NOT use them for anything. He is only out to make a buck any way he can. Can't trust him.

After going through an experience where I had received an invoice with padded hours I came to find that there was a major disconnect with the plumbers who were on-site and the company management. The "VP" I dealt with seemed to be a thoughtful and considerate person but despite my efforts to reason with him along with the supporting information I presented for my dispute I found him to be unresponsive. In short, this company will do quality work but you ll have to be vigilant with regard to their billing practices.

A big thank you for the excellent plumbing services. I have had Beno come out twice now and their work is excellent. I would not hesitate to call on Beno again.

Our hot water heater had stopped working. We called Beno Plumbing to have someone come out to look at it. The gentleman on the phone asked if I would be willing to troubleshoot over the phone. Long story short it ended up being an electrical issue that he helped me pinpoint and fix over the phone. This gentleman just saved me time and money by not having a service call. Thank you!

If I could give no stars I would. Made a appointment with them and they didn't have me scheduled. Called the day of the appointment and was told I don't have a appointment. I had to close my own business to meet up for the appointment. Very unprofessional!

called this morning to get a quote and left a message got a call back right away explained what to do with my water heater instead of having to set up an appointment the guy took his time to give me insturctions on what i needed to do first before seeing if he needed to come check out my water heater ver professional and even though it was a phone call it exceeded my expectations and made my day to know some one would take their time to help me instead of charging a fee to come over instead will deffinately be my go to plumbers from now on

The gentleman that came was very polite and helpful. Only draw back was it was the day before Thanksgiving and got charged after hour rates when technically the still should have been open.
