When shopping for quotes, the team at Wesley's were very responsive with everything from phone calls, emails, and scheduled appointments. Their service was outstanding. Their technicians were very professional and punctual.
This is our second time working with Wesley and would recommend them highly. Bob is no-nonsense. Gets the job DONE!!!

My furnace stopped working the night of 1/17/23. We called on 1/18/23 morning and they were at my house within 30 mins to check the furnace out. Turns out it had a crack and needed to be replaced. Living in Wisconsin having no furnace during winter time is very critical. They did all they could to come as soon as possible (came 1/20/23), I know have a brand new furnace and most importantly a warm home for my 3 little kids. I'm very pleased with them that they knew the importance of us having heat in our home and they went above and beyond to get it scheduled and installed within a timely matter!

My mother's AC stopped working on the Thursday night before 4th of July weekend. We called on Friday mid-morning. Mandy in the office was great and Nick and Ethan were there by 12:30 to fix the unit. They worked quickly and got us up and running again. They were professional and very pleasant to work with. As an added bonus, they did not know that my mom had an annual contract with them and billed us without that benefit - still a very fair price. Mandy caught that and called us to process the rate reduction. Wesley Heating and Cooling was great to work with and we will do so again.

Our furnace needed replacement everything went very well. I was surprised how quickly they had the job done. They made sure we understood how everything worked and did a great job cleaning up you would never know they had been there. We have had them do our furnace work as long as we have been in the house and would recommend them to anyone.
