We recently had a new furnace and AC installed into my dad's house. From the start speaking with Sandy to the final install, it all went smoothly. Dad is 88 and during the summer heat, Wesley was still able to fit us in during the busiest season for AC installs. The installers covered the carpet, kept everything clean and did a very professional job. I would highly recommend Wesley for heating and cooling needs. Mike

Great experience with installation of a new central air system. It was a seamless from start to finish. They even relocated the unit to an area away from the patio to make it more enjoyable for relaxing and enjoying our outdoor space! Would highly recommend.

We called for air conditioner repair on July 5th (air went out the previous day) at 8:45am and repair man Don was on our doorstep by 10:20am. He had our air conditioner back up and running by 10:50! Kudos to this wonderful business for getting us service in such a timely manner! I definitely recommend them for all your heating or cooling needs! 👍

The worst service company I've dealt with since moving to Green Bay 13 years ago. I have had two encounters where I've called for service in the past two months and couldn't be more frustrated or surprised! The first encounter was birds that had built nests inside the furnace vent pipes. I paid to have this taken care of in October, but had to call them back out when the furnace wouldn't work in November. I was told the problem was another bird was found dead in the furnace. When I questioned why this wasn't completely taken care of on the first visit,just a few weeks before, I was told it must have been a "new bird nest". I don't know of any birds that build nests in Northern WI in November! The second encounter came after I purchased a new Furnace and A/C unit for my business in early November. In January, less than 90 days after my purchase, the new furnace would not fire up. The problem was blocked intake and exhaust vents on the roof. The tech that performed the service stated there was a piece of poly pipe angled in such a way that it allowed moisture to freeze on one of the pipes and found a screen on the other pipe. He said he cut the angled poly pipe off and removed the screen, that shouldn't have been there. When it came time to pay the bill I asked why this wasn't addressed when the system was installed? The service manager stated that there is no need to assess for ventilation on a new furnace install, and there was no real need for anyone to go up on the roof at the time of purchase or installation! So, we spent THOUSANDS of dollars on a new furnace without the company even going up on the roof to assess whether or not the venting was appropriate! When I pressed for a 90 day guarantee on workmanship I was ignored and made to pay the entire bill. So, please be aware before buying anything from this business, they do not perform complete and professional work, nor do they stand by there work.

These guys really know their stuff. My furnace quit working last winter. They sent someone over right away, even though I have an older furnace they were able to repair it without replacing the whole unit. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I appreciate the quality service given by Jessica in the office, the timely proposal for services, and the efficiency of the men who came to provide the services. During this COVID 19 pandemic masks were worn. My steps had plastic covering provided to keep carpeting clean. Everything was cleaned up well after the service was provided. Thank you.
