Our AC unit decided to stop working 2 days ago in 90 degree weather. Total professionalism with Dave and Shane. They were both Respectful, courteous and friendly. They explained things as they were going along. Shane got us back up and running again in no time at all. They were even able to come the same day my husband called. Highly recommend Bay Heating.

Installed a mini split with these guys a couple years ago. Dave was very helpful and did all the measurements to spec the correct system for our needs and it has performed better than I honestly expected. I also liked the after install communication of any questions you might have.

Dan was one of the installers and has been here a couple times for maintenance of the mini split, he is very knowledgeable of the product and always here when they say they will be.

Instead, a service truck arrived in less than an hour. I can't say enough about the service I have been provided - excellent team of people in the office and in the field.

The technician had a busy day and was running late, but Jean in the office kept me informed and up-to-date, which I super appreciated. Kevin, the technician, was very friendly, professional, and did the job efficiently. Highly recommend and will definitely contact Bay Heating in the future.

I have no affiliation with Bay Heating, they were just one of three local contractors I had come out to price my furnace replacement. I started going down the road with the lowest cost company (all three bids were within $300 of each other on comparable models) then started getting answers to questions before the install that didn't make me comfortable. I later chose Bay Heating and was very happy with that decision. They installed a unit that ended up having a problem not of their control, instead of trying to band-aid the issue they addressed the problem properly at their expense without any begging from me. They simply said this is wrong and we want you to be happy. This is a great local contractor; everyone I dealt with was very professional.

Very responsive and very thorough on diagnosis. Have had them in twice now to fix the mistakes of others. Dan Johnson our tech was up all hours helping us out with a furnace issue. Highly recommend.
