They charged my disabled mother 244$ for a thermostat worth 50-70$ at menards,lowes and home depot! Besides that issue, receptionist was nice and dispatched technician within an hour and job was done within 45 minutes..wont do business with them in future.. what you just posted is incorrect sir, I tried to get a quote of amount it could be before receptionist dispatched tech, she offered no information on it..11/19/19

The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, willing to go the extra mile to our furnace up and and running again! We are grateful for his professionalism to be on time, honest and wear shoe booties to keep our house clean. Thank you!

Dann from Bay Heating arrived to give us an estimate on a gas fireplace insert, and in our conversation we spoke to him regarding service on our furnace that was done by Kinard heating.... he elected to check our furnace. He made a quick adjustment on our "heat return" setup, which had been done incorrectly by the other Heating company and we have seen a significant improvement in our boiler system's efficiency , wamth in the house (and he did not even charge for it!) We proceeded to order a gas insert and had Dann return and install it and we are more than pleased with not only the beautiful result but also having found someone we can trust with his knowledge and integrity.

Dave, Shane and the entire team were awesome. They literally went out of their way to help me. Simply put the BEST AC GUYS IN TOWN! I could not be happier!

Walked in to buy a flame sensor for my furnace. They stopped me and asked me what was going on, I explained the problem. They gave me a quick over view of what was causing it and what to do just to get the heat going. Will be going back when it comes time to install A/C and service my furnace.

This was my first experience with Bay heating. The tech arrived right on time and was professional and friendly. After looking at the AC unit he discussed options with me and was very honest about what to expect. I would definitely recommend them!

Got a call that the furnace was out so called Dan and he had someone over in 15 minutes to take care of the problem! Always professional and knowledgeable service and definitely the place to call for all your HVAC needs!
