Service manager Corey came out himself after finding a part that needed to be replacement. He was very fast! Very friendly! Very knowledgeable! And made recommendations to better serve our needs! We were gonna have to wait til Monday cause of short staffing, but Corey came and got the job done! Water heater works now! Definitely recommend!

Beno's has been my plumber of choice for 38 years. They always show up on time and do a wonderful job at whatever they are installing. This time it was a sink and toilet in a small powder room. When Rick finished, I think the room was cleaner than when he started. He worked quickly and efficiently and always with a smile. The prices are competitive; the work is superlative.

We discovered on Sunday afternoon that our water heater had gone out. Beno Plumbing had a technician out to fix it late Monday morning. We had hot water again hours later. The technician arrived earlier than expected and was in and out sooner than expected as well. Our experience with this company was amazing, we highly recommend them for any of your needs.

They went out of their way to help me out with a water heater brand they don't carry parts for (I was turned away by others I contacted). Awesome problem solvers, friendly and fast. Our hot water heater had stopped working. Called Beno Plumbing to have someone come out and look at it. The gentleman on the phone asked if I would be willing to troubleshoot over the phone. Long story short it ended up being an electrical issue that he helped me pinpoint and fix over the phone. He saved me time and money because we did not have a service call charge. I needed to replace a few S Traps and add some vents to a couple of sinks and a bathtub. I’ve lived in Green Bay my whole life and have seen and heard of Beno. I Googled plumbers in Green Bay and Beno was the first result so I gave them a call. I was surprised by the professionalism and how quickly they were able to get me on the schedule. A few days later the service was done and it was quick and fantastic work. Very fair priced. I will definitely be using Beno again in the future, thank you!

I have used Beno for years and they did great work. Today decided to tackle a simple project.Installed a new cartridge in a kitchen faucet and a shut off valve. Still didn't fix the hot water problem. Call Corey and he gave me a way to get the hose unplugged. Worked great.Thanks Corey
