Sub Zero Temp Control

After being on the original AC installer’s waiting list for two weeks without even an appointment time, I contacted Sub Zero through Angie’s List to ask for a quote. Russ called a very short while later, said he was only 15 minutes away, and could he stop by to see what the problem was. Not only did he identify the problem, but he also fixed it right then! He is very knowledgeable and competent, was patient with my questions, and is extremely professional. I could not be happier with the work he did. It sounds cliched but there is no question I will call Sub Zero for any and all future heating and cooling system work The speed with which they handled our AC problem was a very pleasant surprise.

Russ worked diligently to locate the problem with our air conditioner. It took three appointments for him to finally locate the malfunction. Thankfully for us he was determined to locate the problem and repair it. Finally he went up in our attic and found two bare wires that were shorting out the system. What an unusual situation! Excellent service, great personality, and dependable. Would use him again.

Our AC was down during the heatwave. Russ put us in his schedule promptly. Price was reasonable. More importantly he was available in less than 24hrs and fixed it, other companies were only available after a week to 10 days. Thanks again Russ!

He walked me through the process, gave me valuable information for maintenance and upkeep AND informed me the best place to buy air filters is actually Amazon as long as the MERV is 8 or above! When my AC unit stopped working in the middle of a heat wave, I was panicking because I knew that HVAC companies would be booked up with work. I have a 9 month old baby and four rabbits, none of which handle heat well. Sub Zero came to the rescue, getting a tech out to me (after regular business hours) within 90 minutes and the problem was fixed the next morning. Absolutely amazing!

Russ is the best, he came the same day of a failed heating gas unit and of course it’s winter. He had a new one installed the next day. Best price, came in top pro and had a new unit done and running within a few hours. Total concern for our needs, will use him again 100 % when our other heating unit needs replaced. I can’t give him enough stars to the service he provided .

Absolutely amazing service. Had the misfortune to have my AC go out in the middle of a heat wave. Called around to find anyone that could help us and received a response from Sub Zero with a person on sight to fix the problem within an hour in the morning. The person that helped us was super nice, was able to solve our problem quickly, explain what was wrong, and took time to answer a bunch of my questions.
