The guys at GreenTop are absolutely amazing. Ruslan the owner is very honest and will stand behind his service and his word. Installed a heat pump and ran for a while, one issue came up that they attended immediately and had it fixed. If you need anything heating / cooling related give them a call. They will take care of you.

Ruslan and his crew did an amazing job on my house. I had a pretty big project, a multi-zone ducted heat/ac system and natural gas line ran with a tankless water heater install. I got a few other bids from bigger companies, but GreenTop's price was by far the best. I was a little apprehensive just due to them not having as many reviews as other companies, but they did a really great job, quickly and on time, at a great value. I will be recommending Ruslan to anyone I know needing HVAC services.

Ruslan and his team are thorough professionals. They did a great job installing ductless a/c units at my home. The service they offered was awesome.

Our water heater was leaking and stopped working last year so we started getting quotes to get it fixed. The heater also provides radiant heat in the house so there were not many places that could provide this service. GreenTop were prompt in responding and provided a reasonable quote. They came the next day and got the heater replaced. We noticed the next day that there was still some water leaking so reached out to GreenTop. They asked us to send some photos and then came to fix the issue. I would recommend them for sure.

Ruslan of Green Top has been a pleasure to work with on my heat pump installation project. I had several bids done and he was excellent at communicating with me from the beginning to end. His price was initially very fair and he gave me three price options for different units. After some discussion about electrical changes in my box, he was actually able to lower the bid a bit.

During the inspection he noted a problem with my existing heating unit filter and offered a solution before the work was started. With the subsequent changes in required work habits due to the virus, the price initially quoted was not changed, even though the costs for him had to be higher due to the measures needed to protect both his workers and the occupants.

The work started on time and was done professionally. Ruslan sent before, during and after pictures as I could not be there when the work was done. If you are looking for good pricing, quality work, workers that show up when they say they will and good communication skills from a contractor, Ruslan and Green Top are your answers. If I could give Green Top 10 stars, I would. I highly recommend Ruslan and his company.

I had a great experience with GreenTop Heating & Cooling. First of all, their pricing was highly competitive than others. At the very least, you should definitely get a quote from them. I was initially worried about the small number of reviews (although they were all good ones), but as I asked more questions to Ruslan and saw his patience in answering all my nitty gritty questions, I decided to give it a shot. Now I am totally satisfied with my choice. Installation went smoothly and quickly and inspection from the city also passed with no hiccup. I am now considering another project with them :-).

I have used GreenTop heating for the purchase and installation of two systems for my business and home. They were able to beat the competition and give me a better unit. The installation was so clean and professional. You definitely need to have them bid your system.

Ruslan is professional and personable. He gave me good advice on heating my garage which is a rec room for my kids and I. Mini split heat pump install went great. His price was much better than the other quotes I received. I'm a happy customer. Hire him.

Great service, quick installation of a furnace, very professional, and everything was permit approved by the city. Pricing was much better compared to other services, so I highly recommend green top heating.

Ruslan came out to bid to install AC for a very complex project for a large house. Ruslan was very attentive to details and came back to me with a number of different options. Though we did not end up installing AC, his bid was very competitive compared to the other quotes. All of the quotes ended up being outside of our budget.

Ruslan was patient and responded to questions quickly.
