aquiline installed heat pump in our condo. Great crew of people-the installers, supervisor and initial sales person. They all were courteous, professional and did clean work. Extremely pleased with their work and would recommend them especially if you need service in a condo type set up, because they are willing to work with HOA.

They were friendly, professional and on time. I had concerns over the dryer vents installed in my DADU, and they were able to determine the problem for me.

Very poor value for the service that was performed. Their plumber Seth showed up and I specifically told him that there were two leaks because they occurred about 12 hours apart and in two different parts of the house. One was obvious and spraying water (toilet supply line valve) and the second was about 8 feet away but was likely behind a master bath sink but no visible leak except on the floor below us. He insisted there was only one and was very sure. He saw the water leaking from both locations and quickly whipped out his phone and told me it was going to be $1100 to fix the toilet and $2200 if there were two leaks. I was shocked! $1100 to fix a leaky toilet supply valve? I told him that was too much, he looked at me said let me take this and this off and brought the total down to $676 just like that.

He turned off the water and put a new valve on in about 10 minutes, waited for another 5 minutes to see if it leaked and then was ready for his payment. I asked what about the second leak. He said he was sure it was caused by the toilet supply line valve leak and his work was done and he had another appointment to go to. After he left I went outside to check and noticed that he even forgot to put the outside valve cover back after he turned the water main back on to the house.

The second leak was a slow one and continued on and I waited for another local plumber to come and diagnose and fix it. He came the next day and it took him about 3 hours and a trip to the plumbing supply store to get parts to fix it. He charged me $699 for what I thought was a very fair price for all the work he did.

In short I will never be using Acqualine Plumbing again nor will I be recommending them to my friends and family.

Aqualine is responsive and easy to work with. Their techs communicate well and are timely. They work quickly and professionally. While some work can be expensive, you know you're getting good quality repairs.

I recently hired this firm to install 5 minisplits (aka ductless heat pumps) all over my house as my only form of heating and cooling. What I appreciate about them is that they don't waste my time making me jump through any unnecessary hoops. They came right away with a good price (I know because I had just had the same service in a house I sold this year) and easy scheduling. We didn't go back and forth a billion times on the details, we were able to quickly come to an agreement and get started.

A couple months after the installation, one of the units started spewing water. Again Aquiline did not give me any hassle whatsoever, but promptly scheduled a service call. Dude came out, fixed the issue in half an hour even though it wasn't their fault (or mine, it was just a fluke thing), and left without a bill. That kind of service gives you confidence in a vendor! I recommend them highly.

Very reliable company for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work. Even if anything comes up in the process, you know you can always reach out to one of the managers, and they will go out of their way to make it right.

Both Daniel and Jeff worked hard on a major repipe job, and toilet repair. They are very responsive, and delivered everything they promised on time. I would recommend them!

I have to admit that at first I was a little hesitant to have work done by another company due to past experiences I’ve felt with in the past by other companies but Aqualine Plumbing, Electric, and Heating hands down exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond for me.
