Had a valve and cartridge go out. Very busy house with a large family. They responded quickly and had the issues resolved fairly fast. Jeff and Daniel were our techs. Highly recommend. Will call them for future needs. Thank you guys.

Service: New A/C install, New Furnace Install, HVAC
I received a new furnace (96% Daikin) and new air conditioner (Daikin 17.2 SEER) from Aqualine. I received quotes from 3 other companies, and decided on Aqualine due to communication (price was comparable to the option from Lynnwood Heating). Communication from Nicole was wonderful - she gave me several quotes for several different systems because I wasn't sure which one I wanted yet. So far, the system seems to work well (more details below), but I'll update this review once the temperature warms up a bit, since it's still on the cooler side now.
Installation:
The system works well and seems to have been installed well too (as far as I can tell) :) Some very important things to note - the quote for the A/C and Furnace for Aqualine was given based on 'what the installers felt was necessary', but I realized later that this can be significantly different based on company. The other 3 companies I talked to (Lynnwood Heating, CM Heating, EnergyWorks), all thought I would need a return air on the ceiling for AC to be effective (and in the last case, thought door vents in the basement would be helpful to circulate basement air). Aqualine did not think this would be necessary - *so far the house has cooled/heated fine*, but I'm not sure about whether this impacts heating/cooling energy costs so I'll update review based on this too. One of the installers also told me a return air wasn't factored into the price and would be another $3k, which caught me off guard - this may be something to ask about specifically before you choose Aqualine if other contractors are factoring expanding ductwork into your quotes.
The same installer also told me I would have to close the downstairs door for the system to work well since the door blocks the current return air vents while it's open, which bothered me (we mostly do this anyways, but not always).
Quotes:
The final quotes I received were as follows with pros/cons -
CM Heating - good communication, immediate installation, 17.8k (incl taxes) for a much less efficient furnace/AC (after showing them Lynnwood Heating price), but very long warranty, option to remove the system and refund if not satisfied within a year, all 5 star reviews, and return air
Lynnwood Heating - 17k (incl taxes) for 16 SEER AC/96% furnace, return air installation, immediate installation
Aqualine - good communication, 16.5k (incl. taxes) for 17.2 SEER AC/96% furnace, no return air install, install in a little less than a month
Energyworks - 20k (incl. taxes) for less efficient furnace/AC and return air install, highly reviewed - didn't really follow up because price was way too high.
I was deciding between Lynnwood Heating and Aqualine at the end due to price + system being superior.
System:
The system itself works well! It's super quiet and the house is the perfect temperature. It is important to note that it won't immediately heat or cool as fast as you old system necessarily, but it will maintain temperature really well (something I didn't know until post installation, but I'm happy with it).
One issue we are running into is that certain rooms become very cold even when the hallway or larger room isn't. I'm not sure if there's anything that could have been done about this on the system side, but something to think about.

Don came to install a new faucet and garbage disposal in our rental. We appreciated that he called to let us know his ETA as well as further communication about a hiccup in the water line. We are happy with the high quality of work that Don preformed and would ask for him by name again.

Adisen and Dakota were professional and thorough. We had a kitchen drainage issue that has been ongoing and I’m so glad we finally called to get a professional opinion. Not only did they help figure out the issue, they went above and beyond to do everything they could to help us out. Thank you so much!

We had Gabriel/technician that came to fix our kitchen sink that was not draining properly and a rusted food disposal.
Gabriel is a true professional and explained everything throughout the whole process. He even dedicated extra time on the food disposal because it was severely rusted.
My husband and I would recommend Aqualine and Gabriel to our friends and family.

I am writing to give 5-stars to Don an Aqualine plumber. He was friendly, engaging, listened thoroughly to my situation. We discussed options. He offered numerous ideas and possible approaches, never pushing, just informing. Further he offered to put together various bids depending on what choices I would make, e.g. copper vs PEX pipe, location on one side of a wall or the other. Once we arrived at a plan, bid was accepted and he got about doing the work. His modus operandi was that of a seasoned pro, it was clear he knows his stuff. When I checked in on his progress he was always extremely pleasant and keen to update me on his progress. It was clear to me he strives to go above and beyond. If I have plumbing needs in the future I will not hesitate to call Aqualine and I would definitely request Don.

Seth presented himself in a professional, knowledgable, courteous manner. He went about assessing areas of plumbing access to see if there may be a concern. He answered my questions of concern such as kitchen water turn on (repaired)and shower/faucet slow leak. Explained and showed the water meter usage. No house leaks would cause such high water usage. He will provide suggestions for future consideration.

I am really happy with Aqualine and their service!
The shower faucet broke down on Saturday afternoon and Jake came the same day and not only fixed it but also cleaned up after the repair. Nice and professional, cool and on time!

I discovered puddles of water on my bathroom floor the other night and dripping water pipes in my basement. My home warranty company assigned the job to Aqualine. They got me on their schedule for the next day. (Another company I called wanted me to wait a week!) Seth was on time, professional and friendly (to my dog, too). He identified the problem and the solution very quickly and had it repaired within the hour. I couldn't be more pleased. I will call them again when the need arises.
