    I was at home depot unsure of what to get for materials on a DiY project I needed to fix fast as my kitchen sink needed some repairment and could not find the correct parts (third trip to Home depot later) I ran into jeff, and let me tell you, Jeff was such a help. The instructions and knowledge he gave me were outstanding. I got my situation fixed and buttoned up. Thanks to Jeff. I highly recommend hiring aqualine plumbing electrical and heating for a job. Seems like they know what theyre doing. Keep up the good work.

    Seth went above and beyond after a REALLY bad experience with another plumber our warranty company sent out.     Nicole and Kevin are incredible!

    Nicole was our salesperson who came out to assess our situation. We wanted to replace our electric furnace with a heat pump but also had pie-in-the-sky dreams of heating a recently converted garage as well, which had no existing ductwork.

    Every other bid had a mini split solution listed for that which made us think we’d have to pass and do that later. Nicole worked with the HVAC manager Kevin and they came up with a Mitsubishi solution that included a unit that replaced our furnace and also powered a wall unit in the new area. And it was still comparable to bids that didn’t include the wall unit.

    While we were still deciding, Kevin came out to talk more about the installation and answer any more questions, of which I had plenty.

    At this point it was clear they were the perfect fit for us.

    Installation was a breeze and it was a big install. Techs were great and Kevin was here at various times to monitor progress and answer questions.

    A month later and we’re very happy and grateful for our experience with Aqualine. We love the new heating system and now that the new room is heated, we have nice, even temperatures throughout the house.

    I’m looking forward to see the savings on our electric bill and to the next summer heat wave where we’ll be easy breezy with our new gear.

    I came in as a walk-in client and the staff was very helpful in working to understand the job. They also worked very quickly to find an available technician and within a few hours I had someone at my door working on the plumbing issue.

    Seth was great! He came out to fix the leak for our hot water on our master bath and he noticed the cold was leaking too and went ahead and fixed that too at no extra charge. Very nice guy

    After my original 1 star post management contacted me to apologize for what happened. They refunded us our money in a timely manner and seemed very concerned. I raised my review by two stars due to their responsiveness which I do appreciate. However I can not vouch for the quality of their work as I have no experience to speak of.

    We called for help with a sewage backup in our basement, raw sewage was coming out and it was all terrible, it was also a Sunday. After calling numerous places they were able to come out the fastest. A "Dispatch fee" of $249 was high, but we were desperate. The technician Gabriel seemed nice enough and walked around our house looking for external access to the pipe. He believed a clog was somewhere in our pipe but could not ascertain where. He then charged us over $900 and used a camera and scope, and broke a bit of our wall, to tell us that the pipe was broken and that we would need to dig up our yard for them to replace it. He estimated the excavation cost at $5000 and the cost to repair the damage at $5000. But don't worry! He would generously not charge us the $1,300 (after tax) that his first visit cost us.
    Now, prior to his inspection he also said it would be a total of $10,000 as we would have to dig up our back yard and he would have to use a water jet to clear the blockage. We found it interesting that no matter what the issue the cost would be $10,000
    We decided to get a second opinion since $10,000 is an exorbitant fee and we were informed that the clog that is causing the backup is actually in the street, that we need to contact the city and that in total for Roto-Rooter to fix it using the jet water would be $1,200 for those of you who are not good at math, that is $3,800 less than they stated, not to mention the $5,000 it would have cost for us to ruin our yard.
    I am not much for reviews, but when someone screws young homeowners out of $1,300 I feel it is important to note. I intend to report them to the Better Business Bureau and write a review wherever I can to warn people.
