Aqualine Plumbing, Electrical and Heating LLC

My husband and I decided it was time for a heat pump. We got estimates from three reputable hvac specialists, including Aqualine. When they came to inspect our home, I was delighted to be greeted by a woman, Nicole, who was not only a true expert but personable and listened very well. Soon after her visit, she offered the best price of all three companies and so we went with them. We couldn’t have been happier with their service. Kevin ended up leading it and they did a fantastic job. Worked their butts off, remaining detailed and timely every step of the way. Kevin was very present throughout the service and Nicole followed up with us after it was completed to make sure we were happy with everything. They even came back out to drop off some extra filters.
I’ve recommended them to three others already. And the heat pump’s working great!

Seth and Brad did a great job replacing my faucet, and that's why I gave them a 5 star. They respected our home and did the job in a timely manner, and explained everything to make us fully understand what the job entails. This is our second gas line installed by Aqualine . Again, provided excellent service. Our technician, Seth, provided updates on arrival time and was on time. He installed a gas line and informed us of the permit process. He performed the service the same day as providing the estimate! We had obtained a quote from another company and Aqualine came in at less cost.

Adisen installed a tankless hot water heater at my home. The quote was reasonable comparing with other quotes I got. Adisen thoroughly walked me through the installation process and answered all my questions on the spot. He is professional and friendly. On the day of installation, he installed the new water heater, hauled away the old tank, and kept the work site clean and organized. He tested the whole system and walked me through the working and maintenance of the system before leaving. Highly recommend the business!

Don was sent to us by our otherwise lousy home warranty service for a second opinion. He was personable, professional and worked with us to locate the elusive drain clean out for our kitchen line that had become clogged. We enjoyed meeting him and he did a great job solving our problem.

Seth came in and was able to quickly and effectively fix my running toilet in a very efficient manner. He also solved a shower leak. I would definitely recommend Aqualine and Seth to my friends and neighbors. Thank you.

I had a wonderful experience with Aqualine, I was remodeling my home and needed to have a lot of lines and pipes moved and showers installed. Jeff and Daniel were the sweetest and so respectful. They gave me lots of advice. They gave me a very fair price compared to what I was quoted by other companies. Definitely will be calling them in the future for any plumbing i may need in the future!

We had Aqualine install a full HVAC system in our new home. Through the whole home building process we had many complaints for many of the contractors who we hired for various jobs. I am happy to say that Aqualine was one company that we did NOT have complaints with. They were super helpful and willing to work with us through our situation. Nicole, who I was in contact with for the bidding was very kind and easy to work with, I was happy that she was very responsive and we were able to do our communication via text message. I was also in communication with Kevin, a manager and he too was very responsive in a timely manner and happy to communicate via text.
Aqualine actually showed up when they said they would, they were flexible in working with our situation and they responded when they said they would.
When it came to install day, you could tell they knew what they were doing and they did a quick and clean install, we are very happy we chose Aqualine.

Don was very thorough and helpful in installing a new sump pump!!! The price was reasonable. Jake, the manager, was great at working to find a sump pump in a short period of time. He was very kind and able to explain how they planned to fix our problem!!!

We had Seth from Aqualine dispatched through our American Home Shield home warranty service and are very happy with the service we received.

He called when he was on his way, and was thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done. He communicated with AHS to get authorization, and was clear in outlining what the charges would be. He got the job done quickly - installing an access point for our plumbing, and then running the snake through that access point to clear the stoppage.

We hope to not have to place any calls for a stoppage issue, but if we do, we will be sure to give Aqualine a call!
