Had the pleasure of working with Rene Martinez. He came to service my HVAC and examine it for a potential gas leak. He immediately found the issue and had it repaired. He was very courteous and thorough in his work. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable. A true professional and I will work with them again when the need arise.

We had Renee (apologies if this is misspelled) and Cam come out to replace some faulty ducting work on our new home. They did an amazing job, and explained and showed us what our issues were and how they would go about fixing them. They also gave us a detailed breakdown of the costs before hand. The team went above and beyond making sure that we were fully aware of the situation throughout the entire process. With all vendors (especially for areas you’re not an expert in) there is always a worry you may get taken advantage of and we did not have that experience at all. Thank you Aqualine and Renee and Cam for the efficient and affordable work done, and last but not least the amazing customer service. You have earned our future business and would highly recommend them for anyone else looking.

These folks have bailed us out twice, once solving a clogged sink/disposal problem and more recently replacing a hot water heater. Aqualine were responsive (both issues on a weekend) and sent Don for the hot water heater diagnosis and ultimate replacement. Don dealt with the analysis promptly, kept us informed about all the steps, and went the extra mile to fix a gauge that was concerning to him because he wanted the whole system to be functioning at its best. Don didn’t settle for good enough.

I called in for ac heat issues questions. Aqualine sent someone immediately. Nicole was so friendly. Nicole showed up on time. She took measurements and gave me several options she explained each option as well as the recommended maintenance for the options. She gave a me a quote on repairs as well as a few quotes for new system options. Every option was priced really good compared to the other quotes I'd received. Nicole was upfront and professional I did enjoy doing business with her I also appreciated that with Aqualine I got a good reasonable price the first time. They also offered finiancing options. Nicole handled all my questions from ac issues to financing questions it was really nice to have one person handle it gave it a very personalized feel by and helped make the entire process less stressful.

Brad & Seth were simply awesome. They made sure to explain what they were doing and why. The service was more than satisfactory and I would definitely use them again. 💯

We had Aqualine install a new AC unit. Their quote was extremely competitive. The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The install went smoothly with no issues.

We had a mess of a situation at our house and Don came in like the true hero he is. After 5 plumbers who had no idea what they were talking about, Don and the Aqualine team came in and provided the most amazing support and experience imaginable. Don is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his profession, was able to determine the route cause of the incident and help us on the way to recovery. Anytime we’ve called about our situation, the entire team was well versed as to what’s going on, provided immediate support and honestly felt as though they dropped everything they were doing for us. It’s truly very hard to find people that not only take their jobs seriously but provide such care and show so much empathy when others had just been trying to make a quick buck even when the jobs they were going to do wouldn’t have fixed the problem. Seth was awesome! He was on time and super knowledgeable about his work. I learned a couple things from him, including the lifespan and different parts of my water heater. My water heater had trouble maintaining hot water for more than 10 minutes, and Seth fixed my problem in about 2 hours, including getting the needed parts. I'd use them again!

I got broken pipe last weekend and had to shut off water for the whole house. Called the company and a nice and courteous lady sent a very good technician Don to my house in about two and half hours and performed a fantastic job fixing my bathroom pipes. Don inspected everything thoroughly and explained the problems patiently to me. Thank you, Don and Aqualine! Looking forward to having you to work on the next project.

We hired Aqualine to install a heat pump at our house.

We wanted AC and a more efficient heating system (less reliance on gas). The original install was great and we were happy with the system.

But, it later turned out the project was not properly permitted with the City. When this became an issue, I was worried Aqualine would just disappear and leave us hanging. But I was wrong. Aqualine did the right thing and took care of us.

Admittedly, there was a little back and forth with the City. But once it was apparent Aqualine was wrong, there was no arguing and no deflecting of blame. The company just came out and took care of the problem.

They ended up replacing the outdoor compressor with an upgraded model that complied with Seattle City Code (at no cost to us). Scheduling was quick and easy and the work got done in one day.

It was refreshing to see a company actually "stand behind its work." That seems a little rare these days.

But Aqualine did 100% stand behind its work. They treated us fairly, and in the end that is really all l ask for. We are very pleased.
