Our hot water heater sprung a large leak which we discovered Sunday night of 4th of July weekend. I called the after hours emergency phone number and with a few phone calls were assured we would be taken care of the following day. We had a service technician here and water heaters delivered at 8:30 Monday morning. Unbelievable service which we so appreciated! What could have ruined a long weekend was taken care of in the most efficient timely manner. Thank you!!

I wouldn't go anywhere else for all of my HVAC / Fireplace needs!

I recently needed an inspection done with a quick turnaround and their schedule was booked. Sondra (owner) took my phone call and immediately started to brainstorm how we could get it done. The owner Ron, Sondra's husband, decided to do the inspection himself on top of the regular schedule.

Bottom line: I was treated like family. Now, that's exactly what I expect from all family owned small businesses, which probably isn't fair. Oh well...they set the standard.

I purchased a pellet stove from Alex. They were very helpful and had the best price in town. The first unit was damaged from shipping. They got a brand new unit for me to replace the damaged unit. Ron Morris was also 1000.00 cheaper than the dealer in Hayden. Thanks again.

Gabriel has been to our house several times to make repairs, and he is very clean, works efficiently, and is an ABSOLUTE ANGEL!!!

I can't say enough about his work ethic and cleanliness. I HIGHLY recommend Ron Morris Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who needs assistance, especially if Gabriel is your tech repair man.

This is the worst place to work! The non-existent amount of compassion and understanding that the owners's wife shows is disgusting. All I did was try to do exactly what she told me to do but nothing was good enough. Yes, I needed a refreshment on things since I haven't had an office job in 3 years and I only had this job for 3 weeks. But everyday she would tell me that I was going to fail and that our personalities might not mix. So one day I told her that maybe she was right, that our personalities don't mix. A week after this convo, I got fired the day after I called and asked (for the first time) if I could have ONE DAY OFF to grieve the loss of my father in law that I witnessed taking his last breathe on Earth. She said she was letting me go because I told her I couldn't work with her. This is not true, I did not just come out and say that, all I did was agree with what she was telling me. And if this truly was the case, why did it take her a week to fire me, why was it okay for her to say this but when I agreed, Im out of line and why was it the day after I asked for one day to grieve? If you ask me, she is heartless and only cares about money, not her staff. All these reviews about horrible customer service is accurate but when she reads them, she laughs and only puts the blame on the person who wrote the review. She takes no responsibility for how rude she is on the phone. Tells distributors that "they need to grow a pair and maybe they shouldn't be a manager". She has even called customers stupid when they have called for service.She sickens me!

I completely agree with Jennifer, Kendra and other negative reviewers. I suspect the positive reviews are rigged! Alex, for one, is extremely rude and his reputation about town precedes itself. Stay away from these folks, unless you enjoy getting treated like dirt. There are way more honorable businesses out there...
