Had a very, very bad experience with the secretary who I believe is the boss's wife. I have never been treated so rudely in all my life. It was a nightmare and I still shudder when I drive by their business. It is an experience I will NEVER forget. (Note, this experience was a couple of years ago, but still remains fresh in my mind!)

Just had Ron Morris come out and fix my fireplace, less than an hour, and running smooth as can be. Great team, great service! Thanks for fixing what others couldn’t get running smoothly!

Awesome experience with Rons team. They were out within 48 hours to diagnose and fix our condenser when it stopped working. House nice and cool now.

Michael was awesome and efficient in his service work today. Also came up with a solution for a 7 year old problem I have had with the AC unit. Great work.

Worst customer service EVER! I called them to service my furnace which was not working. The lady who answered the phone was beyond rude. I cannot believe that they have someone like her answering the phone. She shared that they were inundated with calls...which I understand...but setting zero expectations on when they could help me and then berate me when I called for follow-up is unacceptable. I will take my business elsewhere and recommend to ANYONE that asks me to avoid them in the future.
